Rate My Tourney Team

So Im playing in a tourney soon and I figured I'd come here and see if my team needed any help. I may not be the best at competitive battling but i know some stuff.
Here goes.
My team is a little bit of a BP team mixed in with some of my own EVd pokes So its not all that great.

So thats my team. I know it has alot of competitive weaknesses but thats why im posting here. This team need a little more coverage and some help. And I'm a Perrrrsian fan.

Ninjask @Liechi Berrry (+ Atk in a pinch)
252 Atk/252spd/4hp
Jolly
Substitute
Swords Dance
X-Scissor
Baton Pass
Sub and SD. If I last long enough get an Atk boost? not sure. He can pass his awesome attack to Electrivire or Perrrrsian and theyll sweep my opponents. Though, if I end up against a T-Tar Im probably toast. Also passes boosted speed to Alakazam for a choice specs psychic sweep and jolly for outspeeding threats.

I love this guy. Chople Berry to cover Fighting types like Infernape, Machamp, and subpunchers. Max HP for subs decent speed and atk to be passed to by Ninjask. If passed to properly I can Hypnosis and sub then night slash all the way. If he switches in a Fighting type, Im prepared with an Aerial Ace to 2HKO if I got enough SDs in with Ninjask.

This guy just sweeps. BP some speed off of Ninjask and he can take down plenty. 2 Points from max Sp Atk, and he'll trick his choice specs onto unsuspecting stat boosters. I think its pretty self explanatory.

Pass Attack and speed to him and hes good to go. Covers most types and his Cross Chop is deadly.

In case T-Tar comes and gets rid of Ninjask or I switch out before he can kill me, I bring out this monster. DD if I get the chance, or just STAB Waterfall while i try and survive a Stone Edge.

My team's wall. Calm mind it up in the face of my threats Then use Gyro ball on T-Tar and faster pokemon, or Psychic on slower things.

So my team has some coverage but it basically revolves around a BP. If I cant set up because of Tyranitar, or Im Stealth Rocked, I may be finished. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to counter these threats?
 
never use a CM zong w/ psychic as it's only special move... flash cannon? HP fighting. there has to be a better move than gyro ball for it
 
Sub on Ninjask, protect doesn't work at all with that guy as a lead.

HP Ice > Gyro Ball, to stop all those pesky dragons trying to fire fang you to death... and Grass Knot over Iron Defense. With CM, I wouldn't invest in SpD EVs, and I'd move them into HP.

I can see Deoxys plowing through your team, as it outspeeds Ninjask even, can OKHO Alakazam and Ninjask with Shadow Ball. Then Thunderbolt will get rid of Gyarados and Electivire won't be faster than a max speed Deoxys even with volt drive.

I'd get rid of Persian, and add a wall... Blissey perhaps?
 
Focus Sash and Substitute conflict so I recommend using either Focus Sash + Protect, in which F-Sash will guarantee you at least 1 Swords Dance and Speed Boost or Leftovers/ Pinch Berry + Sub.

Persian would not be an ideal Baton Pass target. I would try Pinsir/ Rampardos for their tremendous Attack score AND the very exclusive ability Mold Breaker or you could try out something with Flash Fire to absorb incoming Fire attacks.

Anyways, I like Focus Sash on Jask. You can run Sunny Day if you're afraid of T-Tar ruining your fun. FYI, Adamant Jask with 252 Atk EVs and one Swords Dance can OHKO T-Tar.
