¿ORLY?

Yes, this time I'm making a double battle team.
EDITS IN BOLD ;)

electrode.png

Hasty Electrode @ Focus Sash
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 HP
Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt
Light Screen
Explosion

The point of this is so Electrode outspeeds most double battle leads, and can paralyze Ursaring for Quick Feet Activation. Thunderbolt helps for Gyarados, which is used lots because of Intimidate, which would cut down Explosion's power. I still don't know if I should put Explosion on there. Focus Sash is to survive and get up a Light Screen.

ursaring.png

Jolly Ursaring @ Life Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP
Earthquake
Protect
Facade
Crunch

Ursaring will be paralyzed so he won't lost HP. Instead, I chose to use Life Orb to lose HP. His speed will be boosted and he can hit lots for a great amount of damage. Facade gets STAB and is going to do ALOT.

tangrowth.png

Modest Tangrowth @ Heat Rock
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Sleep Powder
Focus Blast

I needed a Sunny Day user for my Cress, which will use Moonlight. Anyways, after Chlorophyll, he will gain a nice speed boost and hopefully will be able to sweep and put things to sleep.

cresselia.png

Calm Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/108 Def/148 SpDef
Moonlight
Psychic
Ice Beam
Calm Mind

A standard Cress, except in sunlight, Moonlight will recover LOTS of HP. For the last slot, I'm not sure which move to chose since Tangrowth covers grass.

donphan.png

Adamant Donphan @ Choice Band
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Def/4 HP
Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

I want my Donphan to gets a kill or two while taking some hits. Ice Shard is for the sashers and Fire Fang is good since I lack fire-type moves.

gallade.png

Adamant Gallade @ Leftovers
Ability: Steadfast
Evs: 252 Atk/152 SpDef/104 Spe
Thunder Wave
Will-O-Wisp
Close Combat
Night Slash

I'm going to want to slow down some opponents, and since I'm not counting on Electrode to survive, Gallade comes in to either burn or paralyze the foe. Gallade can also get 1 or 2 kills.

Pokemon I got rid of:

cherrim.png

Modest Cherrim @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Gift
EVs: 252 SpA/252 SpDef/4 HP
Energy Ball
SolarBeam
Protect
Sunny Day

Ya Cherrim is frail, and I really didn't need the boost from Flower Gift. It also gives me another fire weakness.

Well, that's my double battle team. Please rate! ^_^

Quick Feet doesn't activate off of Paralyzis - put a Toxic Orb on him and give him Swords Dance. Facade OHKO's everything that doesn't resist it after status + swords dance.

Hasty Electrode @ Focus Sash
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 HP
Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt
Light Screen
Taunt

The point of this is so Electrode outspeeds most double battle leads, and can paralyze Ursaring for Quick Feet Activation. Thunderbolt helps for Gyarados, which is used lots because of Intimidate, which would cut down Explosion's power. I still don't know if I should put Explosion on there. Ok, this looks fine. The only thing I would suggest is that instead of Thunder Wave, run Explosion. That way you can annihilate any opponents. Besides, you'll be outspeeding most things anyway.

ursaring.png

Jolly Ursaring @ Life Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP
Earthquake
Close Combat
Facade
Crunch

Ummmmmm how about no? DONT EVER CONSIDER paralyzing this thing, even with Quick Feet, that would be pretty retarded. I would consider running Protect over one of your moves, and running Toxic Orb. That way you can Protect the first turn, not take any damage, and activate Toxic Orb. Then, you can Protect when your Electrode is exploding. Otherwise, the moveset looks fine.

tangrowth.png

Modest Tangrowth @ Heat Rock
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Sleep Powder
Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast

I needed a Sunny Day user for my Cress, which will use Moonlight. Anyways, after Chlorophyll, he will gain a nice speed boost and hopefully will be able to sweep and put things to sleep.

Not bad. No other suggestions, aside from using Focus Blast over Sludge Bomb. Sludge Bomb has horrible type coverage.

cresselia.png

Calm Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/108 Def/148 SpDef
Moonlight
Psychic
Ice Beam
Calm Mind/Grass Knot

A standard Cress, except in sunlight, Moonlight will recover LOTS of HP. For the last slot, I'm not sure which move to chose since Tangrowth covers grass.

Calm Mind, Calm Mind, Calm Mind. DEFINITELY. You're right - Tangrowth does have the grass coverage. So use Calm Mind. >.> Otherwise, it looks fine.

donphan.png

Adamant Donphan @ Choice Band
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Def/4 HP
Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

I want my Donphan to gets a kill or two while taking some hits. Ice Shard is for the sashers and Fire Fang is good since I lack fire-type moves.

Looks fine.

gallade.png

Adamant Gallade @ Leftovers
Ability: Steadfast
Evs: 252 Atk/152 SpDef/104 Spe
Thunder Wave
Will-O-Wisp
Close Combat
Night Slash

I'm going to want to slow down some opponents, and since I'm not counting on Electrode to survive, Gallade comes in to either burn or paralyze the foe. Gallade can also get 1 or 2 kills.

Very nice. Just make the changes that I said, and good luck!

Actually, to both of you, Quick Feet ignores the effect of paralysis and still gives it the same speed.
1. I read it in 2 places
2. I've battled Tyson and accidently paralyzed his, and when it outsped me I was like 'WTF'

So you that's gonna stay unless you have another reason not to paralyze. I actually was considering putting protect on Ursaring and I'm going to switch it out with Close Combat since Tangroth carries Focus Blast. Thanks Mark!

Quick Feet does negate the speed drop, like you said, but you still have a 1 in 4 chance to be fully paralyzed which could cost you.

Okay, before I start, let me ask you one question: do you want this team to be a Sunny Day team or not? When you use a weather team, you aim for having all of your team benefit from the weather in some way, and right now only two pokemon actually benefit from Sun (Tangrowth and Cress, maybe Donphan), and Cress's only benefit is Moonlight, which is barely a reason to use it at all (and seriously, what is it supposed to do?). If you want this team to be a true sunny day team, then ditch it and start over--if you do, make sure that you try to work Cherrim back in some how: Flower Gift is damn awesome, and Helping Hand is a must as well. If, however, that's not what you're looking for, then just ditch Sunny Day and consider the following advice.

First off, your lead can't touch a Dusknoir, Bronzong (or both), which are very common. Sure, Trick Room may not entirely destroy your team, but it's still a problem, and Dusknoir and Bronzong can do more than that which can cause problems. In addition, Gengar and Metagross aren't particularly intimidated, and Intimidate leads will, inevitably, limit Ursaring and Explosion's effectiveness, but there's not much you can do about that.

Given that, I'd suggest you change your lead around a bit. For starters, everything your Electrode is doing, Azelf does far better: it may have lower speed, but is still very fast, and can use the exact same moveset with better stats. It also gets Taunt, if you wanna incapacitate set-up leads, and actually has some offensive prowess.

On Ursaring, I wouldn't go the paralysis route; Toxic Orb is more reliable. In addition, Close Combat would be better than EQ, as you don't have to worry about hurting your partner and has the same coverage for more power.

If you're not using Sunny Day, well, you've not much reason to use Tangrowth unless you just want to. I can't think of a suitable replacement right now, but I'm sure there are plenty of pokemon that can fit the bill.

Honestly, what do you expect to do with Cress? I mean, seriously. It's offenses suck so it can't do much to threaten the enemy, and what do you plan on walling when the enemy can either ignore you completely or it may be paired with something that threatens Cress. Calm Mind, as well, will take too long to set up to be truly effective unless your opponent is an idiot. Trust me, the strategy you're trying to use doesn't work very well in doubles. In fact, if you want a levitating psychic with reasonable defenses, Mesprit would fit just fine, and it could actually, y'know, kill things with its base 105 Atk and Sp. Atk.

Choice items are pretty hard to manage in doubles except when you're trying to use a CS Typhlosion with Eruption or a CS Exploder. Even still, they're difficult to use effectively when a forced switch could cost you more in doubles than in singles, and, since I assume you are inexperienced in doubles metagame, I wouldn't recommend you use CB. Muscle Band or or Leftovers would work. In addition, if you just want a bulky ground that can really dish out damage, Marowak, Rhyperior, and Mamoswine all fit the bill: Marowak can attack with a STAB ground move that doesn't threaten your partner and has full power in Bonemerang, Rhyperior has Solid Rock and STAB on Rock Slide/Earthquake with more attack, Mamoswine retains Ice Shard and is always a potent force, and the first two can help immensely against TR teams.

Gallade's cool.

That's all I can think of tonight, since I'm kinda tired. I'd recommend you read the Double Battle Primer

I was strangely drawn here by the title. Anywho, Toxic Orb should definatly be put in there instead of being Paralyzed. Then you can get another lead. If you're using Sunny Day just for Cresselia and SolarBeam, that's not much of a use. You could try and redo this team as StarMan said.
