Need Expert Advice!!!

[Pokemon Master 8]

Ok so just started battling again and for the first time on the smogon server, haven't made a team in awhile but came up with this one that has had tremendous success and thought i would share it to make it better...



Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Ability: Flash Fire
Evs/20Hp/236Spe/252S.Atk

-Earth Power
-Explosion

I was testing out leads and came up with this one that has worked wonders(dont know if it's been used before). Main goal is to get SR down, scares of zong and surprises Ape leads. Azlef can only explode on it and explosion can get give me that suicide if i have trouble with a poke.

This is my deoxsys counter, faster then anything out there. typical set covering my types a great revenge killer.

Typical LO gyarados, it amazing how powerful this thing is. Teams must be prepared if not then its game over, adds more power to this offensive team.

I have always loved this thing and with no more Chomp this thing found its way on my team. I try and set up on a poke its not scared of get one DD, switches to a counter normally having a ice move yache weakens it and it has two DD under its belt and after that depending on their team it can be lights out.

Found this Gross being used on many of the teams ive seen and wanted to try it out. So far so good, however im tempted to make it an agiligross only thing that's stopping me is then i have no status taker which i really need.

My clean up guy, with all of the offensive threats on my team he can come in at the end and clean things up.


Outlook: My team is very offensive and fast, with two scarf users, two Dragon Dancer's, and two priority moves there are alot of places for me to set up. Explosion on Gross and Heatran save me alot of threats i cant deal with, they can normally eliminate their walls allowing my sweepers to finish. Please rate and fix anything that needs to be, thanks.

Metagross is not a status taker as he can only take one status so the next turn they just use the status again -_-

If you want status taker, go CB Heracross with sleep talk

Also, if you replace Metagross with Agiligross, you will have too many setup pokemon

Choice Band makes Sleep Talk fail after the first use, so it's not all that great either.

That Metagross is especially used to take care of ghosts namley Gengar which troubles his team quite a bit so the set should stay the same. Plus I don't see Agiligross helping out much since he has 2 scarfers already speed isn't an issue.

Thunderwave cripples 5/6 of your team. Try an electrivire or jolteon (you'd probably want the former) in place of Dragonite or Lucario. You already have gyarados who draws out electric attacks.
