Luxury Balls are what I used. Depends if you're lazy or not on the code.
 
hmm i think i'll use the code since its my first time chaining in the sandstorm. About how many luxary balls does it take per beldum?

From what I remember, quite a few. About 30-40, on average. Remember, it has the "legendary catch rate" of 3...

Was just wondering how long it takes for all this to be completed? And how many people work on it? What's the process? Is there one person for each Pokemon and they've to study them extensively, then write out their section in the dex? Or are there only a few people working on them all?

The metagame, now more than ever, is constantly in flux and the process of defining standards is never really over. With the huge range of threats we have now it will be quite some time before we see the kind of stability that we got in RSE or GSC, if we ever see it.

I've got a question of my own: Can you Synchronize Latios? Or are its stats decided at the creation of your save file?

Don't use AR and learn it the hard way:pirate: Why are you feeling like tearing your eyes out? Do you shinyhunt or do you just want good IVs?
 
How do I get mystery gift in platinum?

This is pissing me off. I spent 20 minutes looking for the words listed by serebii and I can't find them.

Yeah i cannot chain in the sandstorm without the pokerader code, i've broken tons of chains even with it. And i'm trying to get a good ived shiny.

Lorak-you mean that 3d glasses thing?

Freaking ingenious. And to think that I might actually have a pair somewhere, I gotta try that later, because I've tried doing it many times on different lighting settings, tilting the screen, USING MAGNIFYING GLASS...
I'd still get to like 20 or so Pokemon in the chain though lol.

What are the chances of "Pokemon is paralyzed! It can't move!" 5 times in a row?

Mystery Gift doesn't do anything at all, it's just a waste of time... you don't get anything.

But if you really want to know, I think it was "everybody happy" ? Maybe not, but really it's useless...
 
he wants to get the rotom key that is being given away by nintendo that is obtainable through the wireless option. also he cant read japanese so he cant find the characters to get the mystery gift option. so its not really useless

Quite welcome. I have my moments. :D

The whole idea behind it was me finding them while cleaning my room, while trying to chain Beldum, and just said, "Heck with it, let's see if it helps." And help it did.

The trick doesn't help much there. It just gives me a headache. :(

I just wanted to know because both can use Timid nature and would look awesome in dive balls, I'm kind of leaning towards Volbeat.
