Kingdom Hearts RE:Chain of Memories

As many of you all know, Kingdom hearts Re:Chain of memories is finially going to be realeased in the US on December the 2nd, this year.
Many of us who play the series, are EXTREMELY happy, just because of the fact the the game gives us a chance to play Chain of Memories, which bridges the gap between KH1 and KH2 on PS2, not the GBA, and in English, not Japanese like it has been for the last 2 years.
What does everyone think about this? I myself, am hoping to god that the game continues and is released in Australia, but I, for some reason, don't think it will be.

FYI Kingdom hearts Final Mix+ is not being released outside of Japan its only Re: chain of memories.

Chain of Memories set up Kingdom Hearts 2 to be a letdown. The story was incredibly well done, and KH2 just took a gigantic shit all over it. Fuck KH 2.

I'll be buying this anyways even though the GBA version is superior.

Im acually quite new to the story, and some of the worlds in KH2 suck! The fricken mermaid world...Titan is about to get a keyblade where it hurts.

KH2 in my opinion wasn't bad but they made a horrible transition into it. So what if they screwed up a few worlds? Being half-shark wasn't all that great to begin with. Are we getting anything new out of Re: Chain of Memories? If you need the story that badly, go watch some youtube videos, which there are a zillion of. Card game wasn't that great to begin with...

Well, if it were to come out, I'd get it. I played all three of them, and KH 1 seemed the funnest. COM was okay. KH 2 was kind of boring though. ._.

If you want a challenge in Kingdom Hearts 2, just do a playthrough with only the Kingdom Key on Proud Mode. It's what I'm doing now, and I'm not bored with it at all.

As for Re: Chain of Memories, I'm really looking forward to the game, mainly because the card battle system is very original and the plot of the game is original as well. There's even going to be a hard mode in it, which is cool. Either that or it'll be too brutal for the human mind to comprehend (the Captain Hook and first Marluxia battles come to mind when I think that).

I like how Kingdom Hearts always mixes things up so you aren't playing the same game that you played in the first game in the series, so that's why the card battle system isn't as bad as people might say it is; it just takes some getting used to.

Oh, I'm not bored with it, it is just the fact they give a game such a complex storyline and plot, and epic battle scenes, but then in the next level you singing with a mermaid or playing minigames with piglet.

I don't mind that, it is a game based on Diseny afterall. I just don't think they should have removed battling in it's entirety. Atlantica could have been more fun if it had both the music scenes and the ability to fight. As it is I can beat the entire level in less then 20 minutes. :/

I'm looking forward to Re:Chain, I never watched the scenes on youtube and the battle system is fun so I'm up for playing it "again".

With Re: Chain of Memories (RCoM from hereout as I can't be bother typing that again), I hope there is news on whether Australia will get it by December, so I can decide whether to wait for it to come out, or to get an American swapdisk and do some modding work. It is a shame though, because they have left it so long, many of off already know the story from the GBA version, or have read a summary (Me) because we cannot stand 3D PS2 games converted to GBA runarounds.
