Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
The main thing that hold me from making a great team wasn't the lack of options-but the contrary, there are so many pokemon I liked in this generation, I didn't know what to do. Mamoswine, the evolved form of Piloswine I liked all along, always stood in my head. But what about Walrein and Articuno? Medicham, whom I love ever since my "noob" days in advance...but what about Gallade, who even gave me a 6-0 over a semi-Uber team once? Vaporeon, Glaceon, Lapras, Milotic, Clefable, Dragonite...I felt like a cat who lost its tail...until I realised it's better to use six than zero. So, with a lot of sorrow, I had to keep Articuno my specialised Hail-based team, as well as using only two Water-types on the team-while I adore Water and Ice-types, I can't let myself beeing stomped by the likes of Raikou and Electivire... ---
#Dracolass (F) @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 252 HP/90 Atk/168 Spd Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Claw - Dragon Dance - Fire Fang - Roost My lead, as well as my self-invented BulkyMence. Fire Fang is preffered over Fire Blast, as I'm not very woried about Skarmory, but rather Bronzong leads, who are destroyed by this set. While Fire Fang's BP is relavently low, it would still do more damage when super-effective than a neutral Dragon Claw. Fire+Dragon supplies Salamance with great offensive coverage, beeing only resisted by Heatran, who isn't much of a threat for me anyway (and has to use HP Ice or Dragon Pulse to actually damage Salamance well enough back). EQ is indeed more powerful than Fire Fang, but I already have EQ on Mamoswine, while no other Fire user. Basdes, Salamance is basen on the European dragon, so Fire attacks are, to an extent, it's signature moves.
Ok, but I think that for your Team is best the MixMence or DDMixmence.

#Pink Power (F) @ Leftovers Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 252 Def/80 SAtk/178 SDef Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Aromatherapy - Softboiled - Charge Beam - Ice Beam My self-invented HaxBliss, as well as my cleric and a useful Ghost immunity. Thanks to Serene Grace, Charge Beam will give a +1 boost to Blissey's special attack 100% of the time (140% to be precise :P), giving Blissey a chance to make a very odd, but very useful setup against unexpecting foes. Anomatheraphy is for it's cleric uses, as well as making up for the loss of Natural Cure. Seismic Toss? No thanks, not my style. The moveset is good, but honestly I see Charge Beam as a waste in Blissey. Is best Seismic Toss or Flamethrower for Scizor. ---
#Aura Star @ Choice Specs
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Ice Beam - Psychic
- Surf - Thunderbolt My main special attacker, as well as the star of my team :P. Timid is chosen over modest to enable Starmie to outurn any non-Scarfed Gengar for an easy OHKO with Psychic. Starmie also counters Gyarados and various Dragons (Gyarados isn't Dragon, but it's a sort of dragon :P). Grass Knot could counter Swampert, as well as other (literally) bulky Waters, but isn't it a pirty to waste Starmie's secondary STAB?
Starmie could become a defensive pokemon with some EVs in defenses and Recover, Choice Specs in my opinion is best if it wear Trick for it stop to Blissey. If you not want this Expert Belt is a option.

#SeaGlacier (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP/66 Atk/20 Def/58 SAtk/114 SDef
Quiet nature (+SAtk, -Spd) - Avalanche - Rapid Spin - Ice Shard
- Surf Mixed Cloyster? Well, the main reason it's mixed and not purely physical is because of the lack of a reliable physical Water STAB (Cloyster doesn't learn Waterfall X_X), but Cloyster can get quite on offense power with this set. Avalanche and Ice Shard make up to one another, one does not care about the speed loss, and the second bypasses it. Surf eliminates various wall, as well as beeing a useful second STAB. Rapid Spin is just there for obvious reasons. What about Toxic Spikes, one might ask? Sadly, I was dissapointed by them, so I don't think they're necessary for Cloyster.
Cloyster is best in UU, but it can to serve.

#Noon Slash (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Steadfast EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SDef Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Close Combat - Night Slash - Psycho Cut - Swords Dance My very neaded Dusknoir and Cresselia counter, as both are OHKOed by Night Slash after a Swords Dance. This nice fellow already gave me a 6-0 over a semi-Uber team, so I'm certainly happy with the results. Ice Punch? While I adore Ice moves, I must use Nigh Slash to rid myself of Cresselia and Dusknoir easily. Sadly :< ...
Gallade is powerful but is fragile and the worst thing, is slow.Infernape I think so is a good substitute for Gallade in your team.
---
#Frostbite (M) @ Choice Band Ability: Snow Cloak EVs: 66 HP/252 Atk/192 Spd Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Earthquake - Ice Shard - Ice Fang - Stone Edge My all-time's favorite Ground-type, which obviously gives me a very important Electric immunity. Whil I tend to preffer the Curser set, CBMamo is here, as Stone Edge is necessary for my team. Superpower is crap-please avoid it.
---
With CBand if you have Ice Shard Ice fang isn't useful. It changed by Superpower orat least by Avalanche.
A team of favorites that works good...I hope. Three Fighting weaknesses and three resistances lol...
I see a big problem VS Mixape, it is OHKO all your team except Starmie.
Also Lucario is OHKO all. Rotom would protect you of your weakness to fight and Cloyster is better in UU, and there are better OU Spinners.
since cloyster has a quiet nature explosion would be effective to use somewhere, rival blisseys might not expect this and theres a good chance of a OHKO
I would Replace Ice shard or avalanche
