(M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 78 HP/150 Spd/150 SAtk/95 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ground]

I chose this pokemon because specsmence can 2HKO pokemon like meta gross and skarmory with flamethrower. Since this is supposed to be a regular specsmence i chose HPGround because of it's 4x effectiveness over heatran and bastiodon users that just plain ol ignore dragon type moves.

Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 110 HP/150 Atk/140 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Facade

Okay now this little plant here is pretty cool because of it's moves Spore and Focus Punch. The Sub just makes even more powerful when used with leech seed. So I like the spore puncher variant of Breloom because of it's ability to utilize Spore in many ways than one. I was thinking of putting in Mach Punch instead of Facade, because of other pokemon like lucario that are faster than it so that it damages them later in the match.

Ability: Torrent
EVs:108 HP/120 Atk/96 Def/100 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Roar
- Earth Power

This subtle variant of MixPert from ADV is a great addition to the team as it utilizes Surf instead of Waterfall for the extra damage done to similar type pokemon. I was thinking of replacing Surf with Hydro Pump just for the 2HKO on Skarmory, but I need you guys opinions first.

Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 100 HP/100 Atk/90 Def/150 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Swords Dance
- Crunch

The reason for lucario is because of the stab against most walls in OU tier and crunch for anybody using anyone using cresselia, dusknoir, or celebi. Extremespeed is a pretty good move against most pokemon on OU ladder as it gains a +1 priority and all that. Also I was thinking instead of crunch, ice punch to replace it mainly because salamence.

Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 150 HP/150 Spd/145 SAtk
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aura Sphere
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Roost

T.Wave and Air Slash make for a great combo on a pokemon such as Togekiss because of its 30% Flinch rate on Air Slash and Thunder Wave along with Serene Grace is just awesome enough to make it a 60% chance of ever attacking when Togekiss comes out.

For your Swampert, you're probably better off running relaxed nature, and Earthquake over earth power. You also have no EV's posted.. are you still editing?

Also, your EV spread on Lucario. You should stick with crunch, as Swampert can usually deal with Salamence.

edited;(Swamper EVs)

Yeah I was thinking i should've use EQ instead of EP because the effect isn't all that good and crunch does a considerable amount of damage to lucarios weaknesses

Alright dude, I'm here to help you.

That Salamence isn't going to be able to do much to today's regular leads. He lacks the speed to fully 2HKO them and the most he will be able to do is get one intimidated. He does actually stand a chance against Hippo and Infernape leads though. I suggest replacing your Salamence lead with Gengar. Gengar has a sleep move, though not as effective anymore, it still gets the job done 60% of the time. I would say Scarf-Gengar lead is a great pokemon that is worth a look.

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Modest Nature
252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
- Hypnosis
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [ICE]
- Shadow Ball

This Gengar will but a lead to sleep 60% of the time and then switch out to whatever you feel like, He will counter a Gyarados after a single Dragon Dance and OHKO with Thunderbolt. The same goes for Salamence but with Hidden Power [ICE] . Shadow Ball is mainly there for STAB, but it can be replaced with Focus Blast or Trick if you must. I'd advise against Trick though, because then you are left with only a semi-fast pokemon with a useless move (trick) and cannot counter Gyarados or Salamence any more.

I then would like to change your Salamence set to the Choice Band Salamence. Choice Band Salamence is an extremely potent threat, that would fit well in your team because of his high Atk, which is something that could soften up walls such as Zapdos more so you can get an easier sweep with Lucario.

Salamence @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Dragon Claw is for early game where you need to test the waters for steel types and counter for Salamence, not until End game will you start using Earthquake for when steels start coming out to wall you and Fire Blast is for the levitating steels which Dragon + Ground fail to hit (like Skarmory and Bronzong)

Your Breloom set is kind of off, Breloom needs to be faster so he can get off Spore a bit quicker, and with Focus Punch + Facade no way to you have a chance at beating a ghost type. I suggest putting in Stone Edge over Facade so you can hit flying types (who wall you) and so you have a fair chance at fighting Ghosts. 44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Spe; this is the EV spread you should be running Adamant Tyranitar, or CB tar as we know him usually as. Faster also means you'll avoid more damage thanks to faster Subs and getting attacks out quicker. Keep his nature Adamant as well.

For Swampert I would suggest this moveset:

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature
240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
- Surf
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
-Stealth Rocks

Your team lacked Stealth Rocks, and that is just what Swampert is for! He also is fairly bulky, which allows him to take some of the hits aimed at your Salamence, naimly Stone Edge and Ice attacks. Surf and Earthquake are there for STAB and provide excellent coverage, not hitting Grass types, but that is what Ice Beam is for. The reason for no Atk EV's is because Swampert has a higher Atk than SpAtk and needed his SpAtk to be buffed more.

For Lucario I would say that:Adamant 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP is the best EV spread for that current set. Lucario is by no means bulky, so maxing his speed and attack is somewhat of a necessary thing to do. You're not going to outspeed Salamence so there is really no need for Ice Punch, your best bet is to OHKO the Roto's with Crunch, which you have a good chance at doing with a +2 Atk boost.

Togekiss, to be honest, doesn't need any SpAtk Ev's at all. She relies on her ability to win battles for her, and as she should. She can often flinch a Blissey to death given a tiny bit of luck. make Togekiss calm natured with 252 HP / 220 SpDef / 36 SpAtk. This set will make Togekiss extremely good at taking hits from special attackers, she should be able to take a Choice Specs Salamence Draco Meteor, survive to paralize Salamence and the Roost up.

hope I helped,
Gen. Empoleon

Your EVs are a bit out of place. I'll try to fix that up for you.

I would suggest changing your swampert to this and leading with it:

Swampert @ leftovers
Relaxed Nature 240 Hp / 216 Def / 52 Sp. Atk
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Surf / Roar

Stealth Rock is a great move which will help your team a lot. Earthquake and Ice Beam provide great coverage and hurt Tyranitar and Salamence. Roar is there for phazing, but surf is an option if you want to hit skarmory.

I would advise you change Togekiss to the following spread:

Togekiss @ leftovers
Calm Nature 252 Hp / 4 Sp. atk / 252 Sp. Def
Air Slash
Roost
Thunder-wave
Nasty Plot / Aura Sphere

Speed EVs aren't necessary when your running paralysis.

Change Lucario into the following:

Lucario @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature, 252 Atk. / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Swords Dance
Close Combat
ExtremeSpeed
Crunch / Ice Punch

Crunch is for Cresselia and rotom, whereas Ice Punch is for Zapdos and Gliscor.

Change Gengar into the following:

Gengar @ Life Orb
Hasty Nature, 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Speed
Shadow Ball
Focus Punch / Focus Blast
Explosion
Hypnosis / Thunderbolt.

Change Breloom into the following:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Adamant Nature 44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Speed
Spore
Substitute
Focus Punch
Leech Seed / Seed Bomb

and finally change Salamence into the following

Salamence @ Choice Specs
Modest / 252 SP. atk / 252 speed / 4 HP
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower / fire blast
Hydro Pump / Hp ground
Dragon Pulse
