Oh wow, I actually made it into the tournament this time. Looks like I'll have to start working on my OU team again...

A few questions about this tournament. Sorry if they seem stupid or obvious, but this is my first Pokemon tournament.

1.) Are we allowed to switch teams between rounds? Nothing say we can't, but nothing says we can, either...
2.) Are previously-Suspect Pokemon that have been voted OU (I think the only one is Latias atm) allowed?
 
1) Yeah, you can switch between rounds - that's not an issue.

2) Since Latias was voted OU before this tournament commenced, it will be allowed. The only time I won't allow a Pokemon into the tournament is if the tier change happened part of the way through.
 
What happens if I can't get into contact with this Archibald_83 fellow? He hasn't been on in nearly 3 weeks.
 
Wow I'm in?Thought that I was too late. I won't lose the first round! What if me and my opponent go on at opposite times and can't battle?
