I know this isn't evo, but that looks like an alternate evo of Trapinch.

I really like Kopie's new one, Atyroki's, and Doug's. Caladbog~'s (both) and Wyverii's are also really really cool.
That's all I need to know, though even if you don't add a larger waist I'll still support it.
Speakers?, In my Ghost/Steel pokemon...brilliant. Now it can blast it's opponent's with crappy rap music and drive them crazy. About the color scheme, I do prefer the second one over the first one myself.
I like Vader's nightmare idea. I think that the haunted knight fits the typing well, but it looks more like a tank then a scout to me.

This, in my opinion, is the only one that stands out. I really like it.
I experimented with adding a skeletal ribcage to my design. I'm not sure if it is an improvement or not. Here's the before and after:

On the one hand, it makes the design look more like a skeleton, which enhances the "ghostliness". On the other hand, it hides the spine and de-emphasizes the shouder "hinges" which detracts a bit from the "robot-ness". Like I said earlier, I'm also concerned that the ribcage makes the design look too much like an actual human skeleton. But, the ribcage adds some bulk to the middle of the design, which helps it avoid looking like a "stick-figure".
Overall, I think I like the ribcage. But, I'm not sure. Any opinions?

I like it more with no ribcage, it looks more streamlined... faster, like it could scout things more easily.

Doug: I'm sorry, I hate the ribs. ): They do everything you feared they would and more. It looks busy. I think it looked great before without them, and much more flexible. I love the head.

My first design is something I did a while ago when I used to draw my own Pokémon ( I'm sure we all used to do that, amiright? ). It's pretty much as basic as you can get: a mask with some ghostly smoke. The mask could possibly be tinted grey to look like it's made of metal. It's the kind of Pokémon with a wide range of facial expressions it likes to cycle through a lot.
My second idea is what got me a little more. I'll start with a story...
A beautiful contest Pokémon with many beautiful ribbons was abandoned by its trainer at an altar. She waited an eternity for her trainer's return among the bells. She haunted the altar in the afterlife, and grew to be the most beautiful bell of them all.
Note: The story is just what the little village people came up with, I don't suggest that it is a legendary. It looks pretty feminine and could be a unigender Pokémon, but I can see it pulling off a Gardevoir and being mixed.
The colour scheme might be a little drab, I'm not sure what to do about that. I might colour the ribbons purple or something and see about that but I'd like suggestions.

Here it is performing Rapid Spin, oddly enough. I realize the concept has very little to do with Rapid Spin, I just hought it looked like it could use it. x) Maybe Whirlwind instead?

Anyway, my design is based off a marionette puppet. It's joints are not attached but still there, giving it the "held on by spiritual power" look. The joints are based off Bionicles pieces, which snaps right on. My vision of it using scouting moves is something like disconnecting itself, each piece still in perfect control, then do the scouting.
I was thinking about adding a control bar or strings, but it looks ok without them. Some opinions?

This roadkill is back for revenge!
It started off as a joke drawing, a side bit from my first concept. But it turned out to be more interesting. Go figure.
So basically what we've got here is a Terminator Squirrel, complete with Acorn Bombs and, much to the recent fixation of the CAP community, a drill arm. Not to mention, those wheels let him go up to...uh...a high speed (provided it's under the speed limit)!
It's great for a scout, as one of the first animals that comes to mind at the word "scout" is a squirrel. Plus laser eyesight, satilite hearing, government funding, blah, blah, blah...
This can be treated as the joke art it is....but right now, it's unique.
Any suggestions for Squirrelinator 2.0?
EDIT: ALso, I'm aware it could be more ghost-y. Suggestions there would be appriciated too.
