Team Wash (OU RMT)

Well for the most part, I am loving this team. Rotom wash is probably one of my new favorite pokemon so I figured why not base a team around it. Anyways this team has been doing really well on Shoddy countering some of the biggest OU threats out there for the most part (Of course there is trouble in every team). But for now I am trying to find it's weaknesses and see what truly fits this team.

Well without further ado, let's start this off :]

rotomwash.png

Rotom-W@Choice Scarf
Timid Nature [+Speed, -Attack]
Ev's: 252 Hp/ 142 Speed/ 116 Special Attack.
Levitate Ability
~Trick
~Will-O-Wisp
~Thunder Bolt
~Hydro Pump
This lead really is great. Any choice band Tyranitar can't stay in because of Will-o-wisp which complete cripples the thing, and trick allows me to threat any support lead such as Swampert, Bronzong, Metagross, Gliscor, ect. This thing can danger many walls, cause many switches, and can cripple sweepers that cause a potential threat to my team. Thunder Bolt helps me out with things like Slowbro, Milotic, Vaporeon, and Gyarados while Hydro Pump can hurt incoming Heatran and other things like Tyranitar that think they can pursuit me. With the given speed Ev's, Choice Scarf allows me to hit 400 speed exactly which outruns most of the common sweepers without a scarf in the game or some even with a scarf (Heatran to be exact). The whole point of this thing on my team is to try and **** up as many of the opponents pokes that I can throughout the battle, and just cripple most of his team.

metagross-1.png

Metagross@Choice Band
Adamant Nature [+Attack, -Special Attack]
Ev's: 252 Hp/ 236 Attack/16 Defense/ 8 Speed.
Clear Body Ability
~Meteor Mash
~Explosion
~Earthquake
~Pursuit
This thing is just flat out amazing. This thing absorbs any incoming dragon pulse from Latias and can just Pursuit it to hell. This thing is in here to revenge kill things like Starmie, Gengar, Latias, Azelf, and anything else that I can royally screw over with pursuit. Nothing really wants to switch in to a 601 Attack power Stab'd Meteor Mash, or an Explosion. Explosion can OHKO most in coming threats which always helps out, earthquake get's rid of certain things that are staying in as fodder. This thing really does fit in on the team and helps out alot.

swampert-1.png

Swampert@Leftovers
Careful Nature [+Special Defense, -Special Attack]
Ev's: 252 Hp/ 252 Special Defense/ 6 Attack
Torrent Ability
~Stealth Rock
~Roar
~Earthquake
~Waterfall
To be honest this is the first time I have ever tested a special wall swampert in my life, and boy was I surprised. This thing absorbs any of heatrans attacks like a beats and has just as good special wall capabilities as it does a physical wall. Well the set is generally self explanatory. Phazer, set's up rocks, counters heatran, and most zapdos. No one expects to see this thing as a special wall and that is exactly what I want when I am in the middle of a battle. Waterfall and earthquake are for obvious stab moves, nothing really to explain for them. Swampert supports Vaporeon, Metagross, Heatran, and Flygon which I really want and need.

vaporeon.png

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Bold Nature [+Defense, -Attack]
Ev's: 188 Hp/ 252 Defense/ 68 Speed
Water Absorb ability.
~Surf
~Hidden Power [Electric]
~Wish
~Protect
Well what can I say, my favorite wall in the game. Passes off wishes to my pokemon when they really need them in the game, walls Gyarados which in the end can really screw up my team. Now when I said Swampert supports the team, this guys really does it better. Takes Surfs coming in at heatran, ice beams coming in at Flygon, and Fire Blasts coming in at metagross. Not really much to explain on this guys except for that he is sexy :]

heatran-1.png

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Mild Nature [+Special Attack, -Defense]
Ev's: 252 Special Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 Attack
Flash Fire Ability.
~Fire Blast
~Hidden Power [Ice]
~Explosion
~Earth Power
Well, pretty self explanitory. I use him because he is one of the best special sweepers in the game, obviously absorbs many fire hits needed to be absorbed and can pack a punch. This is pretty much my early game sweeper (lol) to knock down the opponents pokes to low Hp at the very start. I also trap Kingdra, Salamence, and Flygon when they are outraging haha.

flygon.png

Flygon@Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature [+Attack, - Special Attack]
Ev's: 252 Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Levitate Ability
~Outrage
~Earthquake
~Fire Blast
~U-turn
All I can say is LATE GAME RAPE. This thing dominates in the late game and really just does well all around. Helps me scout out the foes team, can pull off some massive sweeping, dodges any earthquakes going at heatran or metagross, and can just do so much. Not really much to explain once again.

Anyways RMT! ^__^

Just a little something, why 252 hp on Rotom Wash? Don't you wanna go 404 speed or more to outrun Heracross if you see one? I don't get the purpose of so much Hp.

Other than that, it's pretty solid, but are the choice users working for you?

A heracross pursuit won't even OHKO Rotom with the HP ev's. Plus I don't have to switch out so I can just keep T-bolting it. The Hp Ev's are there so it can survive some hit's so it can go ahead and W-O-W if it doesn't have scarf. I like Rotom to be bulky.

The choice users are working out for me greatly. The only way I will use Heatran is if it is Scarfed and late game Flygon is completely dominant with Scarf. Choice Band Metagross is to ensure KO's with Pursuit on things like Latias and Gengar. The choice users really make the team for the most part.

It's funny how you say that Tyranitar wont stay in because of Will-O-Wisp. That's hilarious because Tyranitar literally rapes you with STAB SE Crunch. Sure you can argue that you can trick them, but Tyranitar could use the speed to his advantage.

I can't believe that no-one posted about 4 choice users. That extremely unhealthy for any team, Metagross with a Choice band is great, but once you explode, you have no Mamoswine counter.

Only a quick rate, i'll rate more later.

What I was trying to say about Tyranitar is that it will fear W-O-W hopefully. I usually don't end up tricking T-tar unless I get a burn on it. I know 4 choice users is risky, but it tends to work out for me. Mamoswine honestly hasn't given me problems even when Metagross is dead, Swampert can still live it's hits very nicely, but I can see where you are coming from.
