Sounds good. I would probably go with Earthquake, Crunch/Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, and Ice Beam/Thunderbolt. Any idea what the EV spread, Nature, and held item should be?

You could try with Focus Sash or Expert Belt, seeing how Bulky Tyranitar is and the coverage this set gives.
Nature i think it could be something for +Sp Attack and lowering your Speed sounds ok IMO since T-tar is very slow already.
No time for EV spread, maybe tomorrow =/

It says that you can rebattle legendaries if you KO them on Serebii. Is that true, because I'd rather SR Giratina post E4.

Where does it say that? This is the first I have heard of it.

I have, however, heard that, in Diamond/Pearl, one may rebattle the legendary trio if he/she mixed records with someone who has not yet captured/defeated them. Not sure how accurate this claim is, though.

I have my team set up with a mini baton pass option. it goes like this

My team

Dracomence lead
(Insert physical BP reveiver)
Heatran
Vaporeon
Gliscor (My speed and attack passer)
Scizor

Basically I get my gliscor out at any point, swords dance up and if i get the chance I take a speed boost, if not the pass goes to scizor for choice band boosted Bullet punches. I need a poke to pass to if I have time to set up and get a rock polish and a sword dance or two. At first I used ttar because if I were to get him out first Sand veil would assist my gliscor and bait the fighting type attack to give my gliscor a clean switch in, plus he is bulky and has already monstrous attack. Although, he has no amazing 100 percent accuracy moves. I also considered Luke. Full type coverage, resistant to ice, which is what he will normally be switching in on coming off of gliscor. Close combat, yum. Although with Luke I dont have sand support to rid those pesky focus sash gengars and whatnot and hes not quite as bulky. (I dont think that matters much). Also Im not considering metagross but i feel like he would be a huge burden to the team without a baton pass. Any opinions?

The generic BP recipient for Gliscor is Metagross because he's pretty fast with a boost and hella strong after a SD. He also can't be weakened via intimidate and is bulky. I wouldn't really consider him a burden; he's a great pokemon without any boosts. Lucario is a decent choice, but his lackluster defenses mean Bullet Punch can sting after a Close Combat or two. You really shouldn't worry about Focus Sash [Gengar]. Most teams (read: all) won't use Focus Sash aside from their lead because of the omnipresent stealth rock making it a pointless option.

Also, if you're going to pass to Scizor prematurely, I don't recommend Choice Band. It can still be walled pretty easy and force you out without much trouble. You should probably use LO.

Umm, maybe the moveset could be Earthquake, Stone Edge/Crunch, Flamethrower, Ice Beam/Crunch?

Earthquake helps you against Occa Berry Metagross/Jirachi and Heatrans, while Flamethrower is awesome against Skarmory, Scizor, Forretress and Bronzong. Crunch helps against Azelf leads and other psychics like Cresselia, Stone Edge is for opposing flyers like Zapdos while Ice Beam hits Salamence, Flygon and Dragonite hard.
Is it safe to keep Tyranitar in on Scizor? Between super effective STAB Technician Bullet Punch and 4x super effective Superpower, I'd be switching Tyranitar out as fast as humanly possible. Granted, if Scizor Superpower's instead of Bullet Punch's, with the correct nature and EVs T-Tar will have a chance to go first and blast it with a 4x SE Flamethrower that will eat it alive, but who is crazy enough not to throw a Bullet Punch?

EDIT: Well, crap, I thought I was on the last page. Oh, well, one page back isn't too bad.

Is Nidoqueen a useful addition for a Hail team? Poison/Ground gives me some handy resistances, as well as an Electric immunity.
Also, what Mamoswine set would fit a Hail team best?

Yes, nidoqueen can be very useful on hail teams, especially if you're playing stall. She provides resistance to fight and immunity to electric and can support the team with SR and toxic spikes, not to mention that she absorbs opposing TS.
About the Mamo question, I've always found life orb mamo the most effective of all its sets, but as always, that really depends on the other members of your team.

Myabe the question should beL should I go mixed with Mamoswine, or giveup Blizzard?
I'm also thinking of Counter/EQ/Avalanche/Focus Punch (to prevent set-ups on me), works on Nidoqueen?

What's the standard Rotom-H Scarf moveset? I just got US Platinum, and I'm waiting for cheat codes to become avaliable for the AR, so I'm building my team now.

Also, anyone know when the codes will become available?

I think this could help you about your first question.

About your second question: we're not supposed to talk about AR codes, so simply don't ask.

It's hard to answer your question without knowing the rest of the team and the role you want these pokemons to interpret.

Why are all endeavour'ers set at Level 1? It's one thing I've never understood. :G
First of all not all of them.

Second of all, lv1 to makes it easier to get to 1HP (thus endeavoring the opponent to 1 HP) then hitting them with a priority move.

What trait is better for Lucario-Inner Focus or Stedfast?
Also, is @Scarf Adamant CC/Ice Punch/Stone Edge/Shadow Claw a god idea? I preffer Shadow Claw over Crunch, as it gives me the ability to revenge-kill a Gallade, dealing 77-90% damage on a minimum HP/Def Gallade; also Medicham, which is sadly unpopular :< ...
