Well its an OU team...but not with many OU's [HELP]

Well At the moment this isnt really a stall team at all, but I want to move in that direction so keep that in mine as you post..Ok Here we go:

My SR opener, I went with a pure physical set, should i change that? Also if not Aqua Tail change to waterfall right?
He attracts Alot of grass hits Which Venusaur can take EASY, and sometimes even cause for a swtich out. Also Sawmpert takes the Elecrtic and Fire hits for Kiss/Scizor/Zone. All around i think hes pretty solid, im just wondering if i should change him slightly for sp atk or something?

I know i know "WTF Venusaur?" Well although Im a bit rusty when in comes to the Metagame, Ive had him on my team almost every time, and i really dont regret it, i think he does even better than Celebi in somecases, And he can take some unexpected hits. He provides sllep support, better than anyone with hypnosis b/c sleep power stayed at 75 accuracy, and if after the sleep they switch i can toxic as well. Also he can take Fighting hits for Clef

Im Probably gonna get rid oh this, But it actaully works, I can swtich on Status due to magic guars/toxic orb, encore works wonders, and people dont switch out cause they just see it as a simple old Clefable. I can switch Cosmic power for T wave making this a bit more annoying but its fine as is. Magic Guard is great, b/c this sorta stops sub seeders, hail/sandstorm. Also a nioce ghost immunity is provided....But all around CAN be dropped, but for what i ask?

Quite standard here, This is a hax pokemon, but its always gonna be a great pokemon, When used at the right time this can do major damage. Now should i keep Nasty plot? or move to a a better move like aura sphere? The reason i keep this on is because it's a goos set up to swtich in after Venu sleeps someone, and its more bulky than i would expect. And having both Ghost/Ground immunites help move things along, but weak type covage gets me no where.

Well what can i say, its Scizor hes great, i went with Brick break over Superpower seeing as ill be getting enough attack in that it really wont make much of a diffrence. This is my first Choice as someone to set up after a venu sleep, but seeing as he is a big threat to most people tey switch to something else as soon as he enters. I am wondring if i should keep X-Scissor, or switch to something like roost. The major reason he is here tho is to finish off the other team at the end of the battle, take down those with a bit of hp left etc.

Im not sure about this one, I feel like i needed a bit more Sp atk on my team, but also some steel coverage. It seems to work okay, and it helped balance out the resistances on my team. I Wonder about the set tho, i dont see magnet rise as being that necesary but i guess it does help. I was wodnering if i should go with HP fire since i am traping steels...But he also provies some more dragon coverage which i dont really have other than swampert.

Well thats it, obviously im a bit rusty, so all help is wanted, please and thank you.
 
If you're wanting to make a stall team, Obi has a very good guide to help since at the moment this isnt a stall team at all, I dont know much about stall so thats all I can say.
 
First, a stall team consist on passive damage (sandstorm, hail, spikes, stealth rock, toxic spikes...) and they also usually carry a spiner for removing the residual damage.
On swampert, change aqua tail to waterfall.
I know you like Venusaur, but Celebi does just better, as that's one of the reasons why Celebi is OU and Venusaur is UU.
Try removing Scizor and putting in it's place a Skarmory or a Forretres, as they can setup the passive damage needed in a stall team.
Also try to change Togekiss to a Blissey.
About magnezone, idk, try putting a spiner, maybe starmie, to help you staling circle.

Also, I know Celebi is better but she does not do the same thing as Venusaur, that was the point I meant to make. Most people see him and say Celebi is better right away, but She sub seeds, Venusaur is more based on sleeping/toxing and get his Hp back in the process with Leech seed and giga drain
 
If you want to stall, it might be an idea to use toxic spikes. With two layers, your opponents pokes will go down very quikly. It might be an idea to put fortress in somewhere, and let him set them up. He can also put up spikes or stealt rock if you want. Just an idea, but maybe you could drop swampert for him, and make venesaur your lead so you can sleep their leads (don't know if it will work, but it just might).
