Anyone want to explain the best way to determine the exact offset (with the buneary/NPCs/both)~?
I'll give you a free copy if I turn out successful :0

6. A list of possible Egg IV’s will be generated. Hatch the egg you got from the Day Care Man and find its IV’s with your preferred method. Find those IV’s on the list. IV’s listed A and B are IV’s inherited from the parents. Note the frame of the corresponding IV entry. This is your offset. Take note of this.

Yeah, I understood that I need to find my frame by hatching the egg and matching the spread I got, but I'm not sure what people do with the NPCs and Buneary movements to pinpoint the frame. I know it's possible to, ideally the delay is the only thing that should be the most random D:

And even though I slacked even on the day I started trying, I succeeded in the end.

The only reason AR would have been helpful was to help determine the frame I was on by matching the IVs of my egg to the spread I generated with the RNG Reporter's Time Finder. Instead of using AR, I had to use rare candies...heh.
Anyways, I didn't have to keep hatching eggs to find out if they were the right ones because if I grab the egg, then caught a Magikarp to find my Initial Seed, I'd know right off the bat if my delay/seconds were off and can restart without even hatching it.
So once I found my frame using rare candies, from there it was just resetting for the right Delay. So while I might be slower than people with AR in finding my frame, all I need to do is hatch the egg anyway. ;D
The only part that took a long time was understanding how to influence the frame, but after you find a frame and stick to it, it wasn't much different than someone who had AR doing it. Though I had to rare candy all my magikarps. =_=
