Wow, you just pulled those sets straight from the analysis...

Don't use Recover on Starmie, in 3v3 you won't be able to use it and defensive Starmie isnt a good idea as there are alot of threats such as Scizor that will OHKO.

That Bronzong spread is unrealistic to EV train...

what analysis are u talking about ninjadead?

also, your thread will probs get closed if u dont put in descriptions, it happened to me the other day

as for your team, recover on starmie needs to go, replace with grass knot or HP fire

bronzong also needs to loose stealth rock, i dont know much about bronzong though so i wouldnt know what to replace it with

reasons: 3v3 is too fast paced to be using recovery moves unless it is a wall of some kind and entry hazards dont have much effect in a 3v3 so the slot is better used with something different

All of his sets just look like it's been pulled straight off the analysis pages of each pokemon.

HP Fire on Starmie would be painful to get, Grass Knot doesnt do much damange to many pokemon at all in 3v3 (Swampert pretty much it). Psychic is your only change against Gengar any fighting types. Starmie also needs all the speed he can get, being fragile even with defence EV's.

Is item clause used in the tour, cause you've got lefties on both Bronzong & Starmie. I have to agree with ninja and you should swap recover for grass knot/psychic.

Also, what exactly is the aussie connection tour, when & where is it in Sydney and how do i join up??

there was an item clause in 07 so i would say there would be this time round too

details about the tour can be found here http://news.nintendo.com.au/2009/05/nintendo-connection-tour-09/

i would have been going to the one in chatswood but i am going away that weekend, so i will need to make the longer trip to parramatta, which one are u thinking of going to?

also one more thing with the team, in 07 bronzong was out in a fair bit of force, however they all died quickly when anything decent with a fire attack came around, so if u wish to keep bronzong i would suggest vaporeon, empoleon (if u can get around its speed issue) or maybe even gyarados as a better alternative to starmie as it is fairly frail, and can leave your bronzong in a fair bit of trouble. this would almost certainly cause a collapse in your team

Please expand upon your descriptions in accordance with rule 3. Why did you pick a certain Pokemon or moveset, how does it fit within your team etc. PM me with improved descriptions and I'll unlock your thread and you can bump it.

RMT Rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
