Help my OU team.

So I have been using this team for about 3 weeks now and it's the best team I've built. I'm still trying adapt to D/P Pokemon since I just got used to Ruby and Sapphire and now there are a lot of new guys that just make me go "wtf" because Idk their weaknesses and stuff. But I remembered a few guys and their stuff so this team doesn't do too bad from my exp.

Lead
aerodactyl.png

Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
HP-4, Atk-252, Spe-252
Jolly
Pressure

Ice Fang
Stealth Rock
Stone Edge
Taunt

So he's my lead and just helps me set up Steal Rock and Taunt has proved very useful. I can also take out another Aero lead with Stone Edge or Ice Fang and Dragon or Grass leads usually fall too but just in case Focus Sash helps him stay alive with 1HP if the target is faster. The flaws it comes against is the opponent setting up him own Stealth Rock and then making me switch back in with him. So far he's my best lead as he can take care of other leads that aren't Scarfed.
----------------
Spore Puncher
breloom.png

Breloom@Toxic Orb
HP-44, Atk-252, Spe-212
Adamant
Poison Heal

Facade
Focus Punch
Seed Bomb
Spore

So this guy helps me out a lot and can really sweep if I can out speed my opponent. Toxic Orb+Toxic Heal helps me out if the opponent has a Hypnosis, T-Wave, Will-O-Wisp and etc and Facade really works with that flawlessly. Spore+F-Punch has taken out loads of Blissies, Tyranitars, Weavilles. Spore+S-Bomb has really proven helpful by sweeping Swamperts, Vaporeons, Jolteons, and etc. The only downfall so far that I encountered with this guy is him being slower to Infenapes and Swamperts..or another Ice Beam or F-thrower.
----------------
MixSweep
electivire.png

Electivire@Expert Belt
HP-36, Spe-220, SPAtk-252
Mild
Motor Drive

Cross Chop
Flamethrower
Hidden Power Ice
Thunderbolt

Well yeah this guy is pretty much my sweeper and does a good job at it so far. C-Chop takes out any Normal or Dark type in my way, F-Thrower is for the Grass types that oppose me, HP Ice takes out a lot of Ground and Dragons, and T-Bolt is there for STAB on Dragons/Flying and Water guys. He usually gets taken down by Lucarios, Tyranatars and Infernapes who are Sashed. Other then that he does a good job and I go with Expert Belt because I sometimes can't afford a Life Orb to suck his HP out if I'm in a Sandstorm and Hail. His other big weakness is coming in with Steal Rock out or getting Slept.
----------------
Sub-Focus Punch
gengar.png

Gengar@Expert Belt
Atk-100, Spe-252, Spc Atk-156
Hasty
Levitate

Focus Punch
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Substitute

He is kind of a ghost of my Breloom....ahh thats a weak pun. Moving on, I usually try to Sleep my opponent then either F-Punch or Sub up. Shadow Ball is there to take care of the Psychic and other Ghosts but he gets swept by Dark types or a Heatran. I had a long time thinking and experimenting with this guy since he used to be my lead, and I switched to Sub+Focus Punch after the Explosion just failed me SO many times.
----------------
Non-Choice Attacker
starmie.png

Starmie@Life Orb
HP-6, Spe-252, Spe Atk-252
Timid
Natural Cure

Ice Beam
Surf
Thunderbolt
Recover

This guy I love to death. He can sweep a lot of Pokes from my experience and I usually bring him in when I want finish it up quickly or if my Evire has fainted. Starmie usually takes out Infernapes, Dragons, Flying and even Grass types. Biggest problem so far for Starmie has been Cress, Gengar, Breloom(sometimes), Evire, and Jolteon. I use Life Orb instead of Expert Belt because I can just Recover but her Speed and Defenses fail me if I'm facing someone Scarfed or if there is a Equake or I'm coming in to a Stealth Rock.
----------------
Physical Wall
weezing.png

Weezing@Leftovers
HP-252, Def-252, Spc Atk-4
Bold
Levitate

Flamethrower
Haze
Pain Split
Thunderbolt

This guy is my only wall and doesn't do well against Psychic or Ghosts. He does well against anyone that's weak to F-thrower and T-bolt and sometimes it surprises my opponents that a Weezing can take out a Torterra, Gyarados and etc. He does well but sometimes get's taken out quick since he is not fast or strong enough to stay in there and Haze and Pain Split when I can't use F-Thrower and T-bolt.
----------------

So there you have it. That's my best team but it still gets swept hard sometimes. Even sometimes my opponent is left with one guy out and a few HP left but knocks me out. So any help/suggestions how to make this team more stable/stronger would be much appreciated. I'll even switch some Poke's if it will help my team.
Thanks in advance~

Run earthquake over ice fang. Eq hits gross and heatran hard, and ice fang wont hit any common leads se.

Electrivire is VERY overated. Replace for a taunt-dd dos or a ddmence

Change the whole set. Breloom does everything this set does, but better. Use this set:

Gengar@Choice Scarf
Timid
4 hp/252 SpAtk/252 spe
Hp Ice
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast

It is a very effective revenge killer. Hp ice outspeeds mence with a dd and ohkos, t-bolt does the same for gyrados. Shadow ball for other rotoms and gengars, as well as stab. Focus Blast hits blissey as hard as a special attacker can, and ohkos t-tar.

Non-Choice Attacker

This set looks ok.

You should use hp ice instead of haze to wall and ko dragons. It will help against grounds that miss you with levatate and grasses
