Thus, Thunder would be 100 - 70 = 30% accurate, and Dynamicpunch would be 100 - 50 = 50% accurate. Etc.
I'm thinking of using Blissey with Counter, is it worth using a +Speed nature and EV investment to Softboil off damage after a successful counter?

No it isn't. Blissey has an enormous HP stat which helps it's pitiful Defense "better". It can take many physical hits that don't have an extremely high BST or have super effective STAB hits. I mean, Blissey can survive Salamence's Brick Break, Counter it to go for the OHKO, then be left with well over 30% health to recover its health.
I don't think it's a bad idea at all.
a +Speed nature seems out of place taking for account that counter is -5 in a priority bracket. I would go with a thunder wave rather than toxic.
What type should I use on my Scizor other than X Scissor for best type coverage? I only want one more attacking type.

Focus blast gets good coverage with ice beam and stops steels.
But it depends on the teir. In the lower tiers, where things are slower and less steels, lovely kiss or psychic might be the better options.
If trick room is up and i send in an adamant breloom with mach punch and my opponet sends out brave mamoswine that has ice schard and we both select our priority attacks which would go first?
Breloom because of the fact it is slower by about 10 base stat points.
Alright, I got two jirachi's here. which one do you think is better?

When you have a Choice Scarf on a Pokemon, lets say with 201 speed. You speed is: 201 x 1.5 = 301.5
This speed "301.5" is rounded DOWN on Shoddy to 301.
So I'm wondering if everything rounds down.
Leftovers recovers 6.25% of health. So lets say Blissey's HP is 714. 6.25% of 714 is 44.625
Does 44.625 round down to 44 HP recovery or up to 45?
