hey i got a an absol with 14 iv hp, 31 iv atk, 15 def, 18 sp.atk, sp. def 7, 31 spd with super luck should i keep or try to make another 1

Wouldn't it be rather risky to get Scarf Hitmonlee in on Yanmega? Once Yanmega is in, I can switch Hitmonlee in while the Yanmega Protects. Scarf Adamant Hitmonlee will outrun Yanmega with 1+ Speed Boost, but if Yanmega Protects again and is able to get another Speed Boost, Hitmonlee must switch out or will die to Air Slash.

Beyond Yanmega though, is there any other reason to run a Scarf Adamant Hitmonlee over Band Adamant Hitmonlee?

I was referring to Specs Tinted Lens Yanmega, and only on revenge kills. Hitmonlee has no business staying in on Speed Boost variants.

If I'm in a battle, and a pokemon was put to sleep by yawn earlier in the battle, and then later, another pokemon is put to sleep by sleep powder, has my opponent broken the sleep clause?

The guy I was battling says he didn't...

If both are asleep at the same time, then yes.

I'm making a gimmicky UU team using all 3 of the Hitmon' members. I'm using Scarf Hitmonlee, Bulk Up Hitmonchan, and Technician Hitmontop.

What other 3 Pokemon would you recommend for my team?

Something.. Steel type, and possibly even a water type.

Registeel/Milotic would be a nice combo.

Then just add a lead for your team and you're set.

For a lead, I would suggest Spiritomb. Will-O-Wisp's ability to lower opposing attack stats makes great support for your three Hitmons, all of which have solid SpD but less impressive defense. Its immunity to Psychic is also good for walling things like Espeon and Slowbro which run right through your current team. For reference, neutral nature Slowbro with no SpA EVs deals over 80% on average to Scarf Hitmonlee with unboosted Psychic, threatening to OHKO with just one layer of Spikes down. An offensive Espeon can easily OHKO, even with no hazards and Light Screen up on your side!

Another extremely problematic enemy for you is Claydol. It resists fighting and rock, is immune to Earthquake and Thunder Punch, and packs fat defenses to shrug off things like Fake Out and Bullet Punch from Hitmontop (only around 10% damage vs. the EV spreads in the analysis). It will gladly Toxic your team and set up hazards while none of your guys can damage it. Even a +1 Focus Punch from +nature Hitmonchan fails to 2HKO. Claydol could also serve back with STAB Psychic for an easy 2HKO even against max HP/max SpD Hitmonchan.

For that reason, I would suggest a water type, echoing Pokerade. A utility Blastoise is quite bulky, can Rapid Spin away hazards that might threaten your somewhat fragile, sweeper-heavy team, and gets the 2HKO on Claydol with Surf. Milotic would also be a solid choice.

Thank you for the feedback. Spiritomb seems to be a perfect member on my macho-muscled team. I will run the standard Pursuit + Will-O-Wisp Spiritomb to rid myself of the aforementioned psychic types. I will Lead with Registeel so to set up SR for Yanmega who seems to be dominant in UU. For my final option I'm considering Drapion for Toxic Spikes or a supporter such as Miltank for Heal Bell and Clefable for Wishes.

As for Claydol, I reason that his threat level is contingent upon his moveset which usually doesn't involve Psychic attacks. Registeel can explode on him or Drapion can set up T. Spikes and Crunch him.

If someone uses Magic Coat while you use a sleeping move (Spore, etc.), and then they use a sleep move on one of your other Pokemon while the other one is still sleeping, has the Magic Coat player broken Sleep Clause?

It just happened to me on Wi-Fi, and my opponent says it doesn't violate it. I don't know!!

The clause isnt broken. Magic Coat is basically a repeller, so you can evade it conciently. If the opponent Magic Coats you a Spore, he can put something yours else to sleep.
