ok it worked finally....but more importantly, I got all that stuff to sync groudon/kyogre/rayquaza,

entered a battle with kyogre and not one timid one so far....can you not sync those pokemon then? not a single timid one so far

Synchronyze only has the nature synching effect in Emerald and DPPt, so unless you are playing Emerald and getting very unlucky, that is what is wrong.

If you have a Naive Ditto you can give it an Everstone and breed it with a male abra. Also, if you get a Naive female Abra with Inner Focus you can give it an Evestone and breed it. You get a 50% chance for Naive either way. There's no way to get the Ability easier though.
 
Legendary synchronizing only works in the 4th generation. Sync won't do anything to legendaries in Emerald.

What about the chances getting Synchronize? I thought they might be 50 / 50 but after only one Synchronize out of about thirty Kadabras.
 
Hey everybody!

Nowadays everybody uses an Action Replay for the DS to get, for example, infinite items, check IVs of Pokémon, etc.

Now I wanted to purchase an Action Replay of my own, however I am not sure which one to buy, because there are several different versions.

Calm Mind, Recover, Surf, Dragon Pulse.

Breloom @ Toxic orb
Spore, Focus Punch, Facade, Seed Bomb.

Who should I add? Remember,
it must be a ghost type with a choice scarf.

@Graves You always could try a Rotom appliance as its ability and typing and moves could make it a good choice scarfer

Now my question: Why the hell did the game makers make it so you could fish a level 100 magikarp -.-
 
So it's proven that Synchronize doesn't work on Legendaries in Emerald?

Choose an already fast Pokemon like Froslass, it's easier to Trick it if you want and it's more useful to actually use. Froslass is good as a Spiker and is good support also.

Let's say I have a Gliscor with Thief and I use it to steal a Salac Berry from a trainer in the Battle Tower. I manage to get it at a high enough health so that I don't use it. Could I leave the Battle Tower with that Salac Berry equipped on my Gliscor or would I just come out the same as I came in (no hold-item)?

No, items used or stolen in the Battle Tower are not permanent. Any changes to your Pokemon made in the Battle Tower/Frontier are reverted when you leave.

I know this must've been mentioned somewhere, but anywho. In the Smogon's community's opinion, whats the best Platnium storyline team? [Storyline being, Elite Four, Battle Frontier, etc]
