Well I'd love to but I'm banned at the moment so I can't. Also, most of the moderators don't respond in shoddy battle unless there's another way to contact them but if that's the case I'd just like to know how to contact them.

How about contacting them on Smogon by Pm'ing them?
 
Everytime I try to log on to a server, the following chain of events happens:

1. I get a message that I typed in my username/password incorrectly or I am already logged in.
2. I click "Log In" again. I log in.
3. I click "Find Match" and battle someone.
4. I click "Find Match" again: error message, I'm forced to disconnect.

What should I do: it is very annoying to have to relogin every time I want to battle again, and I can't battle 2 people at once?
 
I asked this earlier, but it seems to have been missed... probably because it was edited onto the end of a post.

My random battles never load, and to the challenger it seems as if I did not accept the challenge. I am on a Mac running OS X 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard), and I am using Java SE 6 32 Bit. Any ideas?

Actually, I've had this happen too, except I use Vista. Its worked recently though, so I don't really know lol.

That's weird... I thought it might have been my version of Java, since Java on OS X has a reputation for running Shoddy badly... It fails to display moves unless you downgrade. I have only ever had one Random Battle work :P
Thanks anyway, anyone know a fix for this?

I always seem to have this problem. I am running 10.6.2 as well. You just gotta give Shoddy Battle time to load the battle. In general, I am finding Shoddy is overall just sluggish most of the time, especially when the server is crowded.

Tyranitar.

Or Scizor, if you know your opponent does not carry Hidden Power Fire. A good indication they may have it is the inclusion of Life Orb.

Scizor and Tyranitar both function the same way. Bring them in when Latias is stuck on ThunderBolt (Tyranitar only) or Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor. Then, Pursuit for the kill

That works. Or, depending on your team, a viable alternative is:

@Expert Belt
EVs: 252 Atk / 48 SpA / 208 Spe
Hasty nature (+ Spd, - Sp. Def)
~ Crunch
~ Pursuit
~ Superpower
~ Flamethrower / Fire Blast
 
The Rotom Appliances, as well as all the other new forms from Platinum, are at the very bottom of the list of Pokemon in the Team Builder.

EDIT: I remember that earlier, there was a page on the Shoddy Battle website showing what things have been implemented in Shoddy Battle 2, and when they were implemented. Is this still being updated, and how do I get to it?
 
I have set up a server using this guide I port forwarded it and checked all my firewall blocks to not block it.
But when someone tries to access it from the internet (either me or someone else) it times out, I can access it from localhost.
Also another problem is I tried uninstalling it, but the uninstaller would not work correctly, it just opens, I click uninstall and it stays with no name on progress bar and windows telling me its working, apparently its not not responding just loading, I left t it like 30 minutes to no results the I just exited it and i still have all the same files.
 
for some reason I cannot get my shoddy to allow me access to new HGSS moves when I create and edit teams

I can fight opponents who have these moves but they do not appear on the move list in the team editor

I have downloaded and reinstalled shoddy multiple times

You need to build your team while inside the Smogon server (File > New Team, IIRC), or select "Smogon University" when Shoddy asks you what server you would like to build your team for in the Team Builder.
EDIT: Be aware that you cannot add HGSS moves to a team built for a server without HGSS moves.
