First my lead, Donphan. I wanted a strong lead to set up stealth rock to help my sweepers sweep. I also like the fact that it can abuse rapid spin to make it easier for my other pokemon by blowing away opposing spikes and stealth rocks. Assurance can help deal damage.
Earthquake can make pain for most other leads.

item- Leftovers
Nature- Adamant
Ability- Sturdy
evs- 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Def
moves-
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Assurance
Weakness and Resistance-
Donphan has the obvious ice and water weaknesses. Water types can be switched into by Lanturn to thunderbolt. Donphan's earthquake can deal out damage to fire types and ground types. Assurance can kill off psycic type threats.

Now my main sweeper, Venasaur. I think Venasaur is an amazing sweeper.
This is due to the fact it has the acsess to sleep powder making it easier to sweep, followed by swords dance, powering up for a ohko. I decide to make Venasaur more physically based, because itt has acsess to earthquake and seed bomb. Venasaur, like nidoqueen can absorb toxic spikes so my other pokemon like Lanturn can complete their roles with more ease.

item- Life orb
ability- Overgrow
Nature- Jolly
evs- 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Moves-
- Sleep Powder
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Seed Bomb
Weakness and Resistance-
Venasaur has a weakness to fire, but with a sleep powder venasaur should be able to land an earthquake or two and coupled with stealth rock, venasuars main fire type competitors like moltres shouldnt be to much hassle. To help deal with Moltres I can switch into Nidoqueen and use Ston edge. Venasaur can take out bulky waters like Blastoise and Milotic with seed Bomb.

Now for my special wall, Lanturn. Lanturns typing is really special. It can switch into bulky waters and use thunderbolt. Stab Surf can kill most fire types and Ice beam destroys ground type threats like ryperior and dugtrio.
Thunder waves paralysis can cripple opponents pokemon which can be annoying.
171.png

Item- Leftovers
Nature- Calm
Ability- Volt absorb
evs- 40 HP / 76 Def / 140 SpA / 252 SpD
moves-
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
Weakness and Resistance-
Lanturn has the ability to switch into electric type moves, abusing its volt absorb ability. It can deal with water types with thunderbolt and bulky grounds with ice beam like ryperior and dugtrio. Its one main weakness is grass. I can switch into a grass type pokemon with arcanine. Lanturns best friends on this team are pokemon which can remove threats like stealth rock, spikes and toxic spikes so it is not worn down to quickly.

Next my tank, Nidoqueen. Nidoqueens ability to absorb toxic spikes is invaluable to this team because it can absorb toxic spikes like Venasaur. It can also lay toxic spikes to help wear my opponent down with poison. Crunch helps my team because it can destroy strong psycic types like alakazam and grumpig which will obliterate venasaur and Nidoqueen. Stone edge can take out flying types and fire types like moltres and swellow.

item- Leftovers
nature- impish
ability- Poison point
evs- 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 Def
Moves-
-Earthquake
-Stone edge
-Crunch
-Toxic Spikes
Weakness and Resistance-
Nidoqueen is weak to water so it can be switched with Lanturn as can opposing ground types. Psycic types can be dealt with by crunch. Nidoqueen is good against fire types and flying types. Strong steels can be blown away by its earthquake.

Go! Scary doggy! Yes its Arcanine! By far my Favourite fire type. Its intimidate ability lets it destroy big uu pokemon by cutting their attack in half. Will-o-wisp can be annoying if the oppent's pokemon is not already poisoned by Toxic spikes. Using hidden power ground is a good option becuase it can take out ground types which have been intimidated. Roar can be useful to impale enemies on toxic spikes and staelth rocks and to set up better matchups for Arcanine. With a Lum berry to take away status conditions.
59.png

Item- Lum berry
Nature- Bold
Ability- Intimidate
evs- 240 HP / 168 Def / 28 SpA / 72 Spe
ivs- 30 SpA / 30 SpD
Moves-
- Will-o-Wisp
- Roar
- Flamethrower
- Hidden power- Ground
Weakness and Resistances-
Being a fire type arcanine gets slapped by water type attacks, meaning a switch into Lanturn is the most sensible option. Arcanines ground type weakness should be able to be dealt with by hp Ground. Arcanine can pwn grass type threats to donphan and lanturn. Once again Donphan comes into its own here with rapid spin meaning no threat to Arcanine!

And finally my support, Umbreon. I chose Umbreon for this role becuase of its unique power to abuse mean look and baton pass. I can trap my opponent with mean look and then baton pass into a sweep. Taunt also helps this team by stopping stealth rock and then a baton pass into something that will kill their lead. Wish gives umbreon some healing capasity to be even more annoying.
197.png

Item- Chople berry
Nature- Carefull
Ability- Synchronize
evs- 252 HP / 92 SpD / 164 Spe
Moves-
- Wish
- Taunt
- Mean Look
- Baton Pass
Weakness and Resistance-
Umbreon is weak to fighting attacks, so I gave it a chople berry to water down these threats to survive for a taunt etc. Umbreon is also weak to bug, so a switch into Arcanine should deal with this problem.

Plz rate and make any suggestions you want,
Thanks for Reading!

Welcome to the forums! I'm pretty new too, and as such, I can't give too detailed of a rating. I don't have the experience/expertise to do so. But, I did notice some things that could make your thread more appealing.

1: Bigger pictures to break up the constant text could work well.
2: Different colored fonts could make things more interesting
3: Your Umbreon does not have its attacks listed.

Your Donphan could probably use Ice Shard instead of Assurance, just as Ice Shard will hit ground types harder and helps for priority, considering Donphan is not the fastest pokemon and Assurance doesn't have too much more base power than Ice Shard.

Your Arcanine has a Hidden Power [Ground] to be used as ground type protection. Did you mean Hidden Power Grass, or Hidden Power Water? Or did you mean protection against rock types? I would recommend Hidden Power Grass, to hit ground/rock/water types. Also, Roar on a fire pokemon is unappealing to me... with ground and water attacks being so common, attacking second to cause a switch could be a problem. Morning Sun could work instead, to heal damage. But, as Roar's use wasn't described, I can't tell if it'd be effective or not.

That's all I have to say. Good luck in the future.

People, if you would actually read umbreon's explanation, you would be able to see its moveset. reading is fundamental.

Anyway...Hi.

you have a rp rhyperior, and an rp torterrra weakness, especially if you loose your only check to them, which is lanturn, they can come in on every pokemon you have, set up, and sweep you without batting an eyelash. as a recommendation, switch hp ground on your arcanine to hp ice. hp ice ohko's torterra, and 2 hit ko's rhyperior. extremely helpful.

as a second option, drop umbreon. it does nothing for this team. the option im about to give you might seem crazy, but with your spinner, it can work better than you think.

Scyther@Choice Scarf
Technichan
Adamant Nature. 252atk/252spe/6hp
Bug Bite
Aerial Ace/U-turn
Pursuit/Night Slash
Reversal/Brick Break

Since You have a spinner, it wouldnt be too difficult to bring this in as a revenge killer. bug bite will ohko that torrterra, and nets some pretty nasty damage on cresselia (or any other psychic type out there.) aerial ace is stab and technichan, but its coverage is limited, since bug bite hits everything that aerial ace does, so i would recommend u-turn to scout, especially since its used as a revenge killer. without pursuit or night slash, you are completely walled by ghosts. Pursuit hits those fleeing ghosts and gets technichan if opponent does not switch, so its recommended over night slash, and as far as the last slot goes, i would use brick break, but reversal does get the technichan boost, at least until scyther goes below half health, so that option is up to you.

i also do think that donphan should have ice shard over assurance.

hope this helps.

Umbreon is not the best wish passer, try dusclops can mean look, wish, burn, night shade, just as bulky and no fighting weakness.
Dusclops @ leftovers
Calm nature
252 hp / 130 def / 128 spD
Mean look
Wish
Will o wisp
Night shade

Dusclops can't learn wish...

Also, i just wanna make two little changes. I assume that most of the time, you wish pass into venusaur? Correct? Thats why i would replace taunt with yawn and Sleep Powder with Substitute. First, trap the opponent, yawn them, then pass it onto venusaur and set up as many subs and dances as your heart desires

IN my personal opininon swithcing Mean Look with feint attack would be better in case ubreon stays as last pkmn u would luse sience of no attacking moves but over all il give 8/10

Very well said. Sure it can wishpass... but... what else? Mean look is useless here; you don't have toxic on a single pokemon and only one can actually set up (venusaur). I suggest you fit toxic on somewhere and possibly run clefable if you NEED wishpassing.

I suggest you run Ice shard somewhere on donphan; your team lacks priority in general.... it's not all that fast either lol (everything excepting arcanine is below or equal to base 80, and even arcanine has few speed EVs itself...)

Your team is filled with pokemon neutral/weak to ground; that's not very good. I could easily see gastrodon/quagsire especially ripping through your team after venusaur's dead.

Since you're running arcanine with special moves, consider switching to stalltres. It may be very SR weak but it is better on the special side, has a reliable recovery move, and better or equal base stats.
