Battlers usually realize that salamence have a high atack and special atack, however, it's special atack is nothing compared to it's atack. With this set, it is possible to realize that it has some clear weaknesses against pokemons like bronzong and skarmory, however, some people often get frustrated trying to choose between dragon claw and outrage, because locking salamence into outrage can be devastating, but it is very good once you realize there is no problem using it. So with this set, it is possible to have both.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
Other good points of this set, is that his defenses are not lowered because of his nature, and lets you focus even more on salamence's atack and speed.

Some people might insinuate that this set is very similar to the Offensive Dragon Dance set. And they'd be right. But this set has one miniscule difference, so I'm writing it up: Bite.

Bite allows Gyarados to take out all of his counters including but not limited to: Celebi, Rotom-a.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
Other good point of this set is that while Ice Fang is used over Bite usually, Bite hits not only Celebi but Rotom-a. Also, Bite sometimes flinches stuff.

Pastel, this set is very similar to the standard DD Mence set, and should be added as additional options to that at best.
 
So it would be better to write like another paragraph to what already exists? Where would that be submitted?
