In Depth Look:
Gliscor
472.png

@Leftovers/Impish/Sand Veil
252 HP/40 Def/216 Speed
-Aerial Ace
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Stealth Rocks

Gliscor is one of my favorite leads. It is consistent with getting stealth rocks up, slower leads generally fear the taunt, and switch out. Faster leads usually set up stealth rocks the same turn as I do. Gliscor also provides a much needed Machamp and Breloom counter with Aerial Ace for late game. Earthquake also checks Tyranitar and SD Luke. Roost provides reliable healing combined with Sand Veil, and my T-tar's sand stream.

Latias
380.png

@Choice Scarf/Modest
4 HP/252 SP. Atk/252 Speed
-Draco Meteor
-Thunderbolt
-Surf
-Trick

Latias is the high speed revenge killer for this team. Draco Meteor hits anything for massive damage. 2 hit ko-ing Swamperts and Vaporeons with stealth rocks up. Thunderbolt is my check to DD Gyara and Suicunes(seeing how D-meteor can't 2 hit ko). Surf is my check against opposing Gliscors and Hippowdowns which can stop my Tyranitar's sweep as well as Nasty Plot Infernapes. Trick is used they have a Blissey or to stop a crocune after a few CMs. Overall Latias provides the neccesary K.O.s to allow my team to sweep

Togekiss
468.png

@Leftovers/Modest/Serene Grace
160 HP/ 252 Def/ 96 Sp. Atk
-Air Slash
-Fire Blast
-Roost
-Thunder Wave

Everyone knows what this little guy does. Go in, annoy, hax kills. Which is exactly why I use it. Air Slash will typically get rid of annoying Machamps that wall out my T-tar. In addition, I have access to massive shutdown when combined with thunder wave. Fire Blast almost always gets that surprise kill on a weakened Rotom, an unsuspecting Scizor, or even an Agiligross after a set up, since Togekiss is ev-d to survive one Meteor Mash. Roost provides reliable healing and allows further annoyance. Thunder Wave will paralyze most scarfers barring Flygon, that people sent out to revenge kill T-tar

Tyranitar
248.png

@Leftovers/Jolly
6 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Dragon Dance

The star sweeper of the team. After everyone else wrecks the T-tar counters this guy finishes off the game. I run Jolly so that I will outspeed non-scarfed Infernapes, Latias, Azelf, and Gengar. And those that are scarfed are usually paralyzed by Togekiss or revenge killed by Latias. Leftovers will provide some bulky-ness to heal off the usual Surf from Vaporeons or Suicunes. Stone Edge provides the neccessary K.O.s on Salamence and Zapdos. Earthquake nets me the K.O. on Infernape, and most Metagross. Crunch is for Latias, Gengar, and Azelf, along wtih bulky ghosts namely Dusknoir and Rotom, and occaisionally Cresselia.

Vaporeon
134.png

@Leftovers/Bold
252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp Def
-Surf
-Wish
-Protect
-Roar

Vaporeon, my all purpose wall. Basically this little mermaid's job is to stop all set up sweepers, namely SD Luke, and Crocune with its roar. Occasionally it stops baton pass Gliscors pretty nicely. Heatran and Infernape are both stopped cold by Vaporeon. With Explosion fearing Protect and Infernape unable to K.O. with grass knot or close combat. Wish support is usually only needed by Tyrantar and Latias should I still require them late game. Vaporeon holds the team together in case of extended stall wars.

Machamp
068.png

@Leftovers/Adamant/No guard
-Dynamic Punch
-Payback
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Machamp plays the the valuable role of sleep absorber. Being able to take a spore from Breloom and breaking its sub or allowing Gliscor to switch in and take care of it with aerial ace, is priceless. Machamp can usually take down Rotoms with payback when they switch in expecting Dynampic Punch. Machamp also provides a good T-tar check since T-tars cannot one hit Machamp, but Machamp and one hit with Dynamic Punch. Machamp also plays the role of Blissey hunter, as it can rest off thunder waves and threaten with a Dynamic Punch.

Please tell me what you think! :)

This team seems very very weak to DDmence. After a DD, every member of your team is outsped and OHKOed by Outrage. For this reason I suggest that you change Latias' nature to timid, so that she outruns Naive +1 Salamence. However, I think you would still benefit from additional insurance; I think you would benefit from a Dragon resistance somewhere on your team. A steel type would also be of benefit to deal with your large Ice weakness. I would suggest you use Jirachi over Togekiss, since he can play a similar role (paralysis spreading flinch-haxer) whilst providing better resistances.

I would suggest changing up Gliscor's moveset a litte. First of all, Aerial Ace, although it has STAB, is very weak and only really of use against Breloom and Heracross, whom you would perform well against anyway. I would suggest that you use either Taunt or U-turn. Taunt will allow you to prevent SR from slower leads such as Metagross and Swampert, whereas U-turn will let you break sashes and run from unfavourable matchups. It also conveniently maintains momentum by avoiding double switches. Running a Jolly nature is also recommended. This will allow you to counter all Lucario, even Jolly Ice Punch variants. Secondly, you can prevent Roserade from setting up Tspikes or puttind you to sleep. You may also want to consider running more speed, to combat other lead Gliscor. I would recommend 220-224, to outrun the standard, or max to ensure a speed tie.

Good luck with the team.

Hello,

I figured out that your team has some major weaknesses. The first is DD Mence. This could be fixed to an extend by giving Latias a timid nature. Also Mix Mence will give you major trouble. Latias can revenge kill it but it can't switch into its attacks. Thus Mence will wear your team down, especially as you don't have a steel type at all. Another Problem for your team is SD Scizor. After one SD it will ohko each pokemon in your team bar Gliscor, who is 2hkoed and can't ohko back. In order to solve those two problems I would drop Latias completely and use a Scarf Jirachi in that slot.
Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Jolly-252Atk, 252Spe, 4HP
-Iron Head
-Ice Punch
-Fire Punch
-Trick/U-Turn/Thunder Punch
Trick to cripple walls, U-Turn to scout and TPunch if DD Gyarados is a problem and if roaring it out with Vaporeon is not enough.
Now you will have problems with Swampert. Fortunately there is a pokemon that can reliably remove Swampert and help Tyranitar for its sweep: Magnezone. You can use it over Machamp as I feel Machamp doesn't really do much for your team. Blissey won't scratch TTar and Jirachi also deals with it. Jirachi and Gliscor also deal with Tyranitar so I think dropping Machamp won't hurt that much.
Magnezone@Leftovers
Naive-252SpAtk, 216Spe, 40Atk / 252SpAtk, 216Spe, 40HP
Magnet Pull
-Thunderbolt
-HP Grass
-Substitute
-Explosion/Magnet Rise
Magnezone will lure in swampert and kill it with HP Grass. It will also trap and kill Scizor, who can stop Tyranitar's sweep. The first EV spread along with Explosion allows Zone to lure in Blissey and kill it with Explosion (few Blisseys will expect Explosion from behind a sub). If Blissey is not of concern, use the 2nd EV spread along with Magnet Rise, which will be very useful against Bronzong and Metagross if you try to trap them.

Hope I could help. Good Luck !

I think I'll try Taunt on Gliscor instead. I think it'll help with the roserade and toxic spike issue.

I have tried magnazone in this team before, the problem usually is that it becomes explosion fodder when the opponent doesn't run Scizor. I will try the Jirachi though it sounds consistent at stopping Salamence, Trick will probably make the 4th slot considering how I need wall shutdown.

Thanks to both for your rates!

OMG you copied my RMT layout :O Jk, its cool :P

Like what they said, your team is weak to DDmence. Change your Latias from modest to Timid, it will be able to outpace and kill a +1 salamence with draco meteor.

For your gliscor, try this set. Taunt prevents smeargles and roserades from sleeping you. U-turn on azelf if you are taunted, earthquake for STAB attack on metagross.
Gliscor@Leftovers/Jolly/Sand Veil
252 HP/40 Def/216 Speed
-Taunt
-Earthquake
-U-Turn
-Stealth Rocks

Haha, guilty as charged. I had no clue how to base my first RMT so I used yours :). "Imitation is the best form of flattery?" lol. Ty for the gliscor build i shall test it out.
