Yeah, well I completely revised my old team that got rated, leaving only Gengar as a veteran... with only 1 similar move. Oh well, my other team had holes in it, this one might also but I made it in an hour and I think it's pretty solid. I'll hope for the best as you rate =). Criticisms are always welcomed, even mean ones.

Skarmory.png
Skarmory w/leftovers- Brave Bird, Stealth Rock, Roost, Whirlwind

252HP, 252 Sp. Def 4 Def.
Impish

This was the Pokemon I tried to set my team off of. Stealth Rock ensures that Salamence who has the potential to sweep my team doesn’t get far, while Brave Bird is for a standard damage dealer. Roost and whirlwind are to make sure Skarmory can suck up as much HP as possible from opponents and the Huge investment in Sp. Def. makes sure that this Skarmory is tough enough to deal with moderate attacks from both sides.

Latias.png
Latias w/choice scarf- Trick, Surf, Thunderbolt, Draco Meteor

252 Sp. Atk. 252 Speed 4 Def.
Modest

I guess my team was also based around Latias as well. Once Skarmory gets the inevitable Electric or Fire Type, Latias comes in to deal some damage. Neither type has reliable coverage on Latias so it will stay in until a special wall comes out. At that point I will Trick and end its career. Draco Meteor ensures I get an HKO on pesky Dragon Types who love to wreck my team.

RotomH.png
Rotom-H w/leftovers- Discharge, Shadow Ball, Overheat, Will-o-wisp

252 HP, 168 Def, 88 Speed
Bold

Sort-of-Standard Rotom. I replaced Thunderwave with Discharge and kept everything else. The EV spread is standard to give him bulk while dealing enough damage even with Discharge to HKO a Gyarados plus Discharge is like a mini Thunder wave with damage. Overheat is for the Scizor, Fortress and Metagross that try and sneak in. HP Fighting is a definite option on this build instead of Shadow Ball. I’m open for opinions. My first time dealing with him so I don't know how it'll work out.

Lucario.png
Lucario w/Expert Belt or Life Orb- Swords Dance, Earth Quake, Close Combat, Ice Punch

252 Atack, 252 Speed
Jolly

I finally decided to put this pesky guy on my team. It cost me my Dragon coverage in case Latias is down though so I had to put Ice Punch in place of Extremespeed. Stealth Rock would ensure that Focus-anything doesn’t work anyways. After one SD, he can HKO a Standard Rhyperior and even without SD, it can HKO a Salamence should the need arise.

Machamp.png
Machamp w/leftovers- Substitute, Dynamic Punch, Payback, Stone Edge

248HP 252 Attack 8 Speed
Adamant

I don’t really know how he got put on the team although I like him. After one sub he becomes more dangerous than Lucario and patches up holes that ghost/dark types would cause to 3 out of my 6 Pokemon. Dynamic Punch can HKO a standard Blissey which could wall most of my team. Stone Edge is for those flying types that would try to break my sub.

Gengar.png
Gengar w/Wide Lens or Leftovers- Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, HP Fire, Substitute

252 Speed 252 Sp. Atk 4 Def.
Timid

Let’s hope I never battle anyone with an item clause =P. But anyways this is my final set on my team. Substitute is not seen as much on Gengar anymore I think but I thought it did it’s job. Shadow is Standar, HP Fire is basically my only defense against fortress without Rotom and Focus Blast is for Tyranitar, and everyone else. Wide Lens increases my Focus Blast accuracy to almost 80% which is decent. Plus if I pull off a Sub Focus blast jumps to 94% I think. I really don’t like moves with Accuracy lower than 95, I just have a problem I guess.

Considering Pokemon
Gallade.png
Gallade w/ Expert Belt/Life Orb- Swords Dance, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Shadow Sneak

252HP 252 Attack 4Speed
Adamant/Jolly

I'm so glad there is a way to keep Gallade on my team. He really is the best to me =). Swords Dance just powers up his insane Attack and then I start sweeping. Close Combat will take down everything a Swords Dance Lucario can and Ice Punch will HKO Salamence and other Dragon Variants. HP EV's ensure I can take a hit and retaliate. Corn, thanks for telling me about Shadow Sneak. With a +2 one, I can take care of Gengar and Alakazam. Speed will be a problem for me, seeing as I have 4 EV's and a not so great base. It'll be harder to work with him on a team since if he wants to sweep, it'll have to be through switch-ins. Will Jolly increase my potential attackers?
