This should be posted in SQSR...
But anyways CMT mean CHeck my Thread
Ie Check my Thread for Scizor etc...

And your question confuses me... You can Breed Togepi's... Unless you mean something else...
How did you breed Togepi? Because I've tried putting them into DayCare, and the old man said they prefer to play with other pokemons. Doesn't it mean that they are unbreedable? Or, do you need to use Togetic/Togekiss instead?

By the way, I did this in Diamond.

EDIT: Oh, and thank you Jubilee for defining CMT.

1 should be male the other female and if it says that it just means itt will take more time but they will breed if they are in the same egg group or if they are breeded with ditto

I could have sworn that they were considered baby Pokémon, so they couldn't breed until they had evolved? If you were able to breed them as Togepi in Diamond, though, then I'm hella confused about that.

What are the other monsters you're trying to breed with them? It may be an egg group thing.

1. No.... that just means you have a smaller chance to get an egg after so many steps

2. I'm not sure about Togepis.... so try evolving it....

i searched with a wide range to bring up more results, but i guess ill search for higher delays
im still pretty new to this but it shouldnt let you search for what is unattainable!

Thank you to your input. KinoFourpaws is right, I have to evolve it into either Togetic/Togekiss first before I can breed it.

@xCHASEx - Yeah you definitely want higher delays, only search for delays above your average calibrated delay. Higher delays also tend to give lower frame numbers to hit which can make it easier to get what you're looking for.

And I randomly just got my shiny after trying all day and giving up for a while. I come back in the late evening and boom first time I hit it right on the money, seed and frame!

I've tried calibrating using Sudowuddo, even if it's a low level, but I've tried estimating its IVs to be put to the forms in RNG Reporter...

So far I didn't get results (RNG Reporter has no boolean operators or that option where you'll desire IVs between min IV and max IV, but even without that I can tell I have no results)

Why is it like this? Is it because there are always wandering NPCs in the are?
And do they also take effect even if I mash the A button quick?

Do you have any rare candies and/or an AR. AR can be used to show IV's. Rare candies can be used in conjunction with MetalKid's IV calculator to determine the IV's, but you'll need several IV's.

If you fight the Sudowuddo right away the NPCs may add a few frames but that won't matter, you just need the Seed, Seconds and Delay. Frame comes into play when you are actually trying to RNG a pokemon, then you need to fight it on a specific frame based on your spread.

Thanks again for the Metalkid's Calculator you told me about.

According to my first seed, my delay's 489, and second is 17.
Does that mean Sudowuddo's seed be generated after you picked YES to that "Use the squirtbottle?" question?
Because the usual second is 14...

BTW, are there other wild pokes in that room where Raikou and Entei were? (before they run)

Quick question. Say I'm fishing for a pokemon. So its METHOD J no sync. I'm trying to hit frame 1060. So its 1060-4= 1056/2=528 journal flips right? Ive already vs seekered and defeated all of the wandering npcs but I cant seem to get the frame right. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any roamers?
And when you fish, is there a Pokemon coming up? Or does it say "not even a nibble"?

Seconds only refers to the seconds on you DS time when you hit A on the Continue screen when loading your save file. Did you start the game right on a new minute? Meaning your DS clock at 0 seconds. Maybe you started at 3 seconds this time by mistake.

The seed is generated based on your delay from starting the game to pressing A on the Continue screen and the time at which you press A on the Continue screen. Your initial seed doesn't change once you're in game. It's not Sudowoodo's seed your trying to calculate, you're using Sudowoodo to find what your initial seed value is.

In the Suicune, Raikou, Entei room, there are Wild pokemon, it's like a cave floor.

Wtf? Im trying to catch Scyther from r.210 south. My target frame is 535 and rngr says that the encounter slot is 6. Platinum encounter slot chart says that Scyther is on slot 6. But when I get right delay and i do the frame advances, the Pokemon I get is Geodude. It has right ability(1) and sex and IVs. What is going wrong?

Btw need adamant Scizor with 31/31/27+/x/27+/31 fast.

Hey, I'd like to RNG a Raikou, i'm in Burned Tower.
1.What are standard seconds for HG/SS? In plat it was 14.
2.My delay in Plat was 596, is it possible to count what delay i'd have in HG? :)
3.When we open the Radio, a radio station is starting to play automatically, is it advancing the frame?
4.I saw here a list of radio stations that are advancing the frames, where can I find it?

1: Mine is 13, but it ranged between 12 and 14 for me when I was testing.

2: My delay was between 480 and 500, obviously Id recommend testing for your one.

3: As far as im aware, detuning the radio is the action that advances the frame, so no the frame is not advanced when you open the radio.

4: This post.

Oh yeah...I think several days/weeks after synching my wristwatch and my DS, there might me a margin of error that will gradually build up, like either my watch or my DS is a bit slower. OK, I'll re-synch my watch and DS again.

BTW because there are wild pokes in Raikou & Entei's room, does that mean their total frames will be 2 and 7?
(Because walking in area with wild pokemon advance frame by 1)

3. Actually, I discovered it DOES matter where the radio starts. When I saved with the radio already on a station, I could never hit my frame. (I assume the frame got messed up when I switched from one station to another.) When I started with the radio already detuned, everything went well.

Hey all,

I know how to RNG in D/P/Pt. I have HG and just landed at the day care under goldenrod. Now i want to learn how to RNG in HG/SS. what I need to know is the following:

-Is RNGing the same in HG/SS as it is in DPPt? i guess its not so what are the differences?
-Is RNG reporter still the tool to use for searching seeds? im using version 7.10. if its not what methods need to be used for breeding / catching wild poks / catching legendaries / catching roamers?
-Do frames work the same? If not can i assume that because nothing is moving outside of the day care that the frame will remain constant when i take a egg?
-Do legendaries still RNG the same? if not whats different?
-is delay still calculated the same? is RNG reporter reliable when it comes to checking my delay in HG/SS?
-Does the shiny option in RNG reporter still work for HG/SS?
-I gather frame is advanced through the radio. Can i use this from the get go? i guess ill need the radio from goldenrod but will i need anything more?

if i missed any important differences here let me know.

id be much abliged if you guys can help me make sense of this all.
