Cloyster - Lead - Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
Ivs: Flawless
Evs: 252Hp/6SpAtk/252SpDef
Moveset: Ice Beam/Explosion/Spikes/Toxic Spikes

Cloyster to set up entry hazzards for support then STAB away w/ Ice Beam and maybe explode somewhere in the process. Shell Armor to avoid those annoying crits.

Wailord - Sweeper - Naive
Item: Splash Plate
Ability: Water Veil
Ivs: Whatever it is for HP Grass 70
Evs: 28Atk/252SpAtk/228Speed
Moveset: HP Grass/Surf/Water Spout/Selfdestruct

Wailord is my main sweeper. Water Veil to prevent burn. HP Grass for coverage. Surf for higher accuracy in case of low HP. Water Spout is my main attacking move to wreck havoc with not only insanely high base attack but STAB. Use Selfdestruct if low on HP or in a sticky situation.

Raikou - Sweeper - Timid
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
Ivs: Whatever it is for HP Grass 70
Evs: 6Hp/252SpAtk/252Speed
Moveset: Calm Mind/HP Grass/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball

Set up a few CM's then sweep away with boosted SpAtk and SpDef. HP Grass and Shadow Ball for type coverage and Thunderbolt for STAB. Not much else to say for this fearsome cat (:

Drifblim - Baton Passer - Timid
Item: Salac Berry
Ability: Unburden
Ivs: Flawless
Evs: 152Hp/92Def/64SpAtk/200Speed
Moveset: Calm Mind/Sub/Ominous Wind/Baton Pass

Drifblim to pass the speed boost of Salac Berry to Wailord so his speed will go to 361 outspeeding a large majority of UU/NU pokes in the meta-game. Luckily I'll also be able to apply a few CM's to pass of as well. I can either pass to Wailord or Raikou.

Floatzel - Baton Passer - Jolly
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
Ivs: Flawless
Evs: 6Hp/252Atk/252Speed
Moveset: Bulk Up/Agility/Baton Pass/Waterfall

Floatzel can set up an Agility then Bulk Up a few times then Baton Pass into Drifblim for further stat increases. To ultimately pass to Wailord who can then devastate the meta-game with ultimate defenses, great special attack, great attack to boost selfdestruct, and amazing speed to outspeed almost the entire meta-game (unscarfed).

Rhyperior - Support - Impish
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
Ivs: Flawless
Evs: 244Hp/184Def/80SpDef
Moveset: SR/EQ/Stone Edge/Megahorn

Rhyperior is a supporter on my team. A great physical wall. He can also set up entry hazzards. His moves allow him great type coverage. Solid Rock to help him resist those nasty super effective moves. Also he is an option to receive Floatzel's Baton Pass which would allow me to pull off a sweep the all powerful Rhyperior.
 
Toxic Spikes is pretty useless on Cloyster as there are so many Venusaurs running around and they will absorb them so maybe Rapid Spin would be nice as you lack a spinner. & you should expand on your descriptions so it doesn;t get locked. I'll do a full rate later.

EDIT: Once your Raikou is down, CM Raikou absolutely rips this team to shreds. It basically OHKO's your whole team after a CM. Idk IMO, I suggest maybe Scarf Magneton over Raikou out of the top of my head as it has 2x resist to Grass/Electric moves which your team has a HUGE issue with and resist's all of the moves Raikou could use like Tbolt, Shadow Ball, Extrasensory, HP Grass/Ice, etc. Coming off a base 120 SpA is no joke either when paired with Choice Scarf proves to be a good Revenge killer also. Here is the set:

Magneton@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EV's: 56 Atk / 224 SpA / 228 Spe
Nature: Naive (+Spe, SpD)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice/Fire
- Flash Cannon
- Explosion

Explosion is pretty much a "ohshit" button and to take out Chansey. It outspeeds Swellow and DD Altaria after 1 Dance. The option of Hidden Power is your choice. Ice is probably to hit Alteria and the grass types although the Bulky Venusaurs only take about 40%. Fire is to tackle the Steel types that get in your way.

I'll defintely use this! Thanks a ton! And thanks for the warning on the descriptions but I don't see why they have to be so elaborate. Mine are short and too the point. They have what I want to accomplish so unless I'm supposed to do something else please let me know.
 
Maybe explain like why you chose these EV's or why these moves over other ones and I think dishing out some of those Def EV's on Rhyperior to Attack would be better.
 
1 thing: u have 4 weeks to electric: floatzel, wailord, cloyster & drifblim... only rhyperior is inmune. and raikou is not very well defending...
