Need help making a team not sure where to post.

Hi I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. Let me start by saying that I'm really new to the competitive aspect of this game. Sure I play Pokemon but I knew nothing about EV Training. IV. natures etc. My best friend introduced me to all of those about 3 weeks ago. I made my own team and we play each other most of the times. He has a team that I can't take out. out of like 20 times that we've played each other. I've won ONE game by complete luck.(His Salamance missed an attack) and one game ended in a Draw.(He had a Life Orb Infernape)

well I've seen his team so much that I think I memorized all of there moves and I'm pretty sure he follows Smogon for EV'S . the list you're about to see isn't perfect but it will give you an idea of his team.

stealth Rock
(Special wall. Switches into most of my Pokemons to stall me out. Uses Heal Bell to cure his other pokemon from any Sleep or Paralyzes they had. When he predicts a Mean Look from my Umbreon he switches into Infernape.I tried a metagross but he switches into skarmory)

(Roars me out into stealth rock all the time, I have no pokemon that can really do damage to it. Uses rest when at the brink of faint. All I can do to it is use Alakazam to either Disable Roar or Trick so I can get the Lum Berry and he wont be able to wake up from rest. But like I said I have nothing that can do damage to it so It well wake up or switch out)

Edits are in Bold. You should legthen your discriptions as they are rather lacking. Blissey is not a very good pokemon to lead with. I think that Starmie is the best pokemon on your team to lead as It can bring most leads down to their Focus Sash and then rapid spin away their stealth rocks well finishing them of.

Sorry I think you misunderstood my post. This isn't my team. It's my friends team I need a counter. Thanks for taking your time though. Sorry If I didn't make it clear enough.
 
well what team have you been using? post IT here and i can help improve your 5% win record to at least 69% if were lucky.
 
Oh, sorry about that.

Well here is my recommendations. Fight Fire with fire! (literally) I think that the best pokemon for your team would be Infernape:

Infernape@ Life Orb - Naive
248 SPA/ 64 Atk/ 196 Spe ( an extra point to beat his infernape)

Flamethrower
Close Combat
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot/ Filler

And put it in the lead position. Then, when he sends in blissey, to start the battle set up Nasty Plot as blissey can't do any thing to you and you should be able to sweep 50% of his team like this:

Close Combat - Blissey
Flamethrower - Sceptile
Flame thrower - Skarmory

Your other pokemon should be ones that can bake up infernape. Again, sorry for the confusin I didn't read every sentence and made that mistake.

Your descriptions are very subpar, i'm locking this under rule 3. Please read the rules announcement if you wish to post a RMT in the future.

Also, you have way too many pokemon in your first post. This a Rate My Team forum, not a Build My Team forum.
