The description of Judgment says it changes type based on the plate held.
Does that mean Smeargle can sketch it and change it's type by holding plates, too? Just not get stab like Arceus can?

Is that possible without physically giving someone my cart? I know in general what the SID is but I don't know how it's stored.

No you don't need to give someone your physical cart, you just need to give them a Pokemon of your own. (I think it has to be a non-chained shiny, but I'm not sure about this)

I know that method, I can do that without an AR. The problem is, I've never caught a non-chained shiny, ever, and I've been playing since RBY. Unless we count the LoR Gyarados, and I'm pretty sure that works differently.

Quick Zapdos question.

I have a Bold HP Ice 70 Zapdos. Is Heat Wave a viable option over Roar on the final slot, even with HP Ice?

On a defensive Zapdos, you're usually going to want HP Grass, for Swampert.
HP Ice is getting more offensive (but with Latias, and soon Mence gone, that option is going to become less popular)

Ok. My Machamp has this moveset:

Sleep Talk
Ice Punch
Dynamic Punch
Payback

It was holding a Choice Band. A Breloom made my Machamp fall asleep. Machamp used Sleep Talk and picked Payback. On the next turn, I used Sleep Talk again, but it failed. Why?

sleep talk fail on the second use if the pokemon using got a choice item, and this is if sleep talk is used on the turn he is put to sleep.

I'm looking for a Hidden Power Fire Naive or Timid Magnemite(or magnezone or magneton for that matter) Anybody has a spare one? :P

My level 100 Forretress has an EV spread of 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk. However, I now want to put the 4 Atk EVs into defense instead. Even though it's level 100, is this still possible if I use one EV reducing berry to set the 4 Atk back to 0 and give it one Iron to fill the 4 Def? Because I really don't want to EV train another, and this seems like it should work.

it does has long you use the box trick, the one that update evs.

Is there a pokemon with a moveset that has something like Slack Off, or Roost, AND Whirlwind or Roar, with good Def/Sp.D stats, in UU tier or below?

There's Tropius, as Lucalibur said, then there's Moltres, Articuno, Noctowl (though it lacks physical defense), Altaria, Arcanine (if Morning Sun counts), Torterra (Synthesis?), Venusaur (again...) and...I can't really think of any more...

Do moves like Encore and Taunt end when you switch out?
When the target switches out, yes...but not when the user switches out.
