Separation of stark and OU (and the subsequent movement of OU to "metagames")

I think the original reason for not separating stark and OU was because OU was the default, but now that their is a "Metagames" subforum, it seems kind of strange that OU is absent from the list.
Also if you take a look at the threads on the first page (disregarding stikies) 12 out of the 20 threads are pertaining to pokemon in general (or NU) as opposed to OU.
Of the eight threads that are about OU, six are warstories, one is a new creative moveset thread, and one is about the OU metagame(and the recent removal of latias).
It seems reasonable to have a separate sections for OU and stark, assuming it's a fairly easy change to make.

Well over half the threads that are currently on the front page of stark, would stay in stark. So stark would be for discussing (copied and pasted from stark.)

All those threads don't really have much to do with OU. And thats about half the threads on the first page in stark.

There's really not a lot of Stark content that would stay there if OU moved out. There are basically only those 5 threads, many of which aren't really strictly competitive...
