Magmar is an underrated force to be reconed with in the UU enviroment. Its ability has a chance to eliminate the need for a w-o-wer, and after a salac boost It is extremely fast.

Why this set deserves to be on site:
I saw kingdaddydmac use a set like this on one of his youtube battles and it is deadly. You substitute on a switch. Belly Drum behind the sub to activate your Salac Berry and Procede to sweep. Fire Punch will hit very hard at +6. Fire punch even ohkoes some pokes that resist it. The last slot is really personal preference. Thunder Punch for neutral damage against Altaria and ohkoing all Charizards. Brick Break is pretty much a filler move.

Teammates/Counters:
This set works well with any poke that will take out another poke with encore. Encore destroys this set. Getting rid of quagsire and Jumpluff is a must. This set is also troubled by priority users such as Mach punch Tecnician Hitmontop. Getting rid of those is helpful. having a spinner is useful so you don't have to sweep at 1hp

Additional Comments:
A Life Orb can be used if you have some sort of speed passer, otherwise this set is pretty straightfoward

Thank you for reading

Mach Punch and Belly Drum is an illegal combination, so remove Mach Punch as an option.
This is a very deadly set though and I've seen a lot of people sweep with it. OU is to much imo, stick with UU.
For team support you should mention that a spinner would really help this set.
Since Magmar doesn't have a page yet (lol?) this makes a good moveset. ^^

First of all, Belly Drum and Mach Punch is an illegal move combination. (Hariyama is the only parent that can breed it to Magby, and it can't learn Mach Punch at all). Secondly, Belly Drum + Focus Punch is not a very good idea for obvious reasons (you lose to practically anything that resists Fire). Thirdly, Ninjask is not UU.

Aside from surprise factor, this set has nothing going for it (can't even set up on anything). All you can do is basically switch in on Venusaur after it kills something, hope it switches out, and then set up (and then you're fucked by priority). And if you're playing Magmar that way, you're probably better off using a Substitute special-based set for its wallbreaking ability; at least it's not as vulnerable to priority, which is omnipresent in UU.

QC REJECTED (1/3)

Yeah, Belly Drum isn't a very good option with all the priority running around UU. Even if we ignore the fact that Magmar is completely gimped by priority, what does this set have over BellyZard?? The extra Attack and SR weakness is offset by the fact that Charizard has better Speed and Blaze to power up Fire Punch and an immunity to switch into (EQ).

priority, bulky waters, worse than charizard probably. half the reason charizard has a belly drum set is tradition and most of the other half of the reason is that no one has taken the effort to remove it. maybe it's more like 80% tradition and 15% no one removing it but you get the point?

QC REJECTED (2/3) (3?)

edit:
<@Eo> whistle: I c/ped that 1/3 from SDS
<@Eo> neglected to change it to 2

which means my post should read rejection 2/2 and eo's should be 1/2. moving to locked analyses forum.

magmar isnt weak to thunderbolt and he resists ice. bellyzard is slightly better than magmar but i think magmar should still get a page

Just a question: why on earth would you use this over Magmortar who is also legal in UU?
Magmar (93) has 10 more base Speed that Magmortar (83). Honestly, that's the only reason why, as Magmortar and Magmar have the same base Attack (95).
