Wi-Fi Blacklist: as of January 30th, 2014

I asked my friend and he said because there is a 04 in 86h it was Pal parked into HGSS (I have no clue what he is saying). Also super_dragon pal parked another copy of the horsea and staryu today and he said he pal parked it to HGSS. So I guess HGSS. (Its also weird because the horsea super_dragon traded to me was pal parked in July 11th and the staryu was pal parked on September 10th but the ones he said he pal parked today were both pal parked on September 10th) It could be just a coincidence. But does it matter whether or not it was pal parked in DPPt or HGSS?
D/P wouldn't have any hex values except the 85h, where as Pt/HGSS would have a certain number in the hex values for the 44 and 45h. Also trash bytes are determined differently between games, I believe
All the ones traded to V1ral were pal parked from HG. I have palparked Staryu and Horsea to both my Diamond and HG though
That explains it. Legal.exe has not yet been updated for HGSS trash bytes, and the creator does not yet know when he will have the time to do so. HGSS creates trash bytes differently from DPPt, so any Pokémon Pal Parked to HGSS is going to show up as having invalid trash bytes. (RockinX and I had to put a warning for that up in our trade thread.)
EDIT: RockinX has alerted me to the fact that Legal.exe does identify some Pokemon Pal Parked to HGSS has having correct trash bytes, so this is not entirely the case. However, there are still some legit Pokemon for which it shows as having invalid trash bytes. We're still discussing the matter.

For disconnecting after the match on the screen that says Win/Lose while the games were saving, updating records, etc. He said he'd be willing to do a rematch, but I stated only if he runs at the beginning. He refused, stating that if we was going to get back online "we were going to battle." I'm not a record freak, but if I earned a victory, I want it accounted for.

If it didn't go through on your screen, then why did it go through on mine?? I'm not a record freak either, but I'm not going to take two losses. Oh, and btw, just because I'm not willing to come back online it doesn't mean that I DC'd.
I just wanted to state that I have made multiple attempts to make this guy happy even though this is just a misunderstanding. I tried to explain to him that the loss registered on my game so I thought it was ok to turn it off. I didn't DC...I sent him a message offering to come back on and run if he really wants the win that bad, but he's ignoring my messages.
Attempts for reconciliation were made only after, it would seem, he saw the report made. Hardly an attempt to make me happy so much as an attempt to clear his name.
If it's of any note, I actually got a VM from another user stating that he suffered a DC from the same user after h4x. Whether this is true or not, I have no idea. However, mentioning it can't really seem to hurt.
For the record, I was not ignoring your messages. It was almost 2am when the battle happened and I went to sleep right afterward.

I would like to report "machamper" for not reading my signature on stalling. He did not inform me and ran a T-Wave roost Togekiss and we spent 25 minutes when he ran a 10 minute stall. Is this a legitiamate reason to blacklist someone?
Edit: And he hasn't answered my post on his CP.

Stall teams are a legitimate tactic. Yous should build your team in order to combat many threats.
But my signature states that I don't battle stallers, shouldn't that count for anything?
Edit: I don't want to blacklist him I just was curious if thats a possible reason TO blacklist someone?
The rules don't state anything regarding it, so I'm going to bet on 'no, it doesn't count for anything'. Try building a team that can deal with stall, or actually having the patience to deal with stall. If you can't build a team that deals with stall, then you're only hurting yourself. Not anyone's fault that you don't like stall and can't battle it.

No, it's definitely not. Stall teams are not hacked or illegitimate, so there is no way of blacklisting someone for using it against you, even if it says in your signature you don't battle them. Just don't battle the person again.

After a careful review, lmitchel0012 has been removed from the Disconnector blacklist. From what I see, there was attempt at negotiating a compromise, but not compromising enough.
First of all, and for those who are so quick to report people, always bear in mind that disconnects happen. WFC isnt the most reliable thing in the world, and sometimes the volume of traffic can cause disconnects, or a problem with your wireless router or whatever. Only report persistent offenders, if it happens once then it is neither here nor there.
Second of all, you cannot just say 'oh let's do things my way or I'll blacklist you' if you want to re-negotiate some compensation for the apparent loss. A wifi battle loss is a wifi battle loss, I wouldn't panic too much if someone disconnects for whatever reason. Just take your lumps and move on.
Third, and this is the part we have the most difficulty with, these reports usually boil down to nothing more than a "he says, she says" argument with a hard decision left by the mods. Sometimes, we can get it wrong - we are human after all. In this case, I don't think a blacklist report was necessary - it was too soon, and from one incident, and there was little attempt at negotiation or even just forgetting about it and moving on. That said, we will naturally be keeping a closer eye on lmitchell0012 for now, but I doubt I will see any further incidents of this nature.
