Chimecho evolution! Yessssss! It looks big.

And that other thing is definitely not related to Duskull. It's missing the big red cyclops eye. It might be it's cousin.
 
The skull thing has the same eyes as the mole, but that does not mean they are related. It's probably not even related to the duskull line, but this games Cubone/Marowak

I am saddened that Ariados is not pictured next to Desukan, but oh well.

I really hope this is are real though.
 
Duskull-like (it's not related to Duskull) Pokemon is called as "Zuganai" in the supposed "scan". "Nai" means dead which is probably the intended meaning here. "Zuga" can mean drawing but I don't see what could be drawing-related in its design so it might have another meaning.

@Pombo: Moguryuu (the mole) is fighting Deathkarn.

@Nanoswine: I'm surprised there were still people who seriously thought Dentula might be related to Ariados. There was really no clear connection other than both being arachnids (though this scan does show that it has a skull marking on its abdomen which would have helped your argument).

So Chimecho gets an evolution as well. Why no Farfetch'd!?!? Does gf really hate it that much? But yeah, that spider does look like it should be w/ ariados.
EDIT: I doubt that ghost is related to Duskull. I can see small similarities, but nothing that would convince me of it becoming a 4 stage family.
 
Great, so now we have a single line with each of the three Pokemon looking nothing like the one that came before. Different colours, shapes, etc. Man, I wish GF would loose it's boner for giving existing Pokemon evo's and prevos. WORK ON POKEMON WITH NEW, GOOD CONCEPTS.
 
So yeah that scan is a fake.
Here's what I said elsewhere
In conclusion:
-The front art of Desukan doesn’t match up with anything that the back sprite implies
-Viktini’s real weight is 4.0 kg, not 0.4 kg
-Style doesn’t match CoroCoro standards
-Leaked ridiculously early
-Viktini is covering up the battle shot meant to show it off.

–Binding that’s not broken
–Absurdly high quality
–Here we can see with certainty that the back sprite for Desukan doesn’t match up with what was shown on Oha Shuta
–The Chimevos sprite is sloppily done (probably since the photo was going to be fuzzy) with numerous errors compared to the art

yeah, and R_N got a point... the chimevo image seems to have a dress, while the sprite is more of a ball with a tail than anything else..

i could bet they are fake.
