and if so, DO I NEED TO ENTER THE LOCATIONS FIRST?

And THEN enter the new ones after I attempt to hit my time/delay?

As I have said before, you may not have the shiny spread you're trying to get in your game. Shiny spreads are dependant on your SID/OT. Not all SID/OTs have decent shiny spreads for captures.

Yes, you do. I doubt Coktal said that. For captures and egg IVs, you always need your roamer positions if your roamers are still running around in the game.

i know it was but im just trying to improve it a little bit. I am now looking through hundreds of elm responses trying to find my 12 so im having a blast over here lol
 
Riski: Alright. Well that sucks. :/ I was hoping to get a good Shiny latias. But that didn't work.

So yeah, I just tried a non shiny one and I got some results, which is good.

So now I have the excel open. And it seems confusing as of right now. How do I find my delay and what not. So far I see the spreads on the right hand side.

31/6/31/30/31/30 Timid Latias HP Fire
(Not shiny but eh)

Anywho, this is my seed, 561501fa. So I just enter it into the RNGreporter and then I can proceed to the next step, correct?

Also, sorry for the double post.

im sure you could find a flawless one try again but instead of entering anything under the hidden powers just hit enter and when it says search for specific IV hit Y and then type 31,31,31,31,31,31 in all of them i have a seed you could try: d2140289 enter that in the seed(hex) and make sure its method K if your on HG/SS
 
Is that a Flawless Shiny or Flawless Non Shiny?

If it is the second one, I already saw one with the flawless stats. But it seems like I wouldn't need max Atk Ivs, as it is a Latias, right?

Yes enter that into the seed to time finder, pick a day, generate and make some elm calls
 
Weird thing happening here.
Playing diamond. Yesterday I saved beside grass near lvl 50 pokemon so I could calibrate my seconds/delay I got results like

14 seconds 626 delay
14 seconds 620 delay
14 seconds 628 delay
14 seconds 628 delay

Today I'm saved beside daycare man (i have a shiny and the nature and ability I want so I don't want to start again) and when I fly to lvl 50 grass and check the seed, I'm getting results like

34 seconds 620 delay
34 seconds 624 delay
34 seconds 628 delay

Why am I getting an extra 20 seconds?? Has this happened to anyone else? Also does the journal page coming up when I continue count as a page flip? I calibrated my frame with the journal coming up when I continue so I presume it doesn't. Thanks in advance for any help guys.

ya it is non shiny flawless and i dont think the poke matters but im playing HG and for me its Latios. For the delay in both boxes put 99 and the seconds put 5 in each box and dont check the check box
 
Um. If you want me to try for a higher delay. Here is one if I go for a flawless one.

The delay is 1911

Are you using Method K to find a seed for your Latias (Is it roaming or stationary in Pewter City)? Because using Method K, that seed doesn't exist. The highest defense with Timid HP Fire 70 for Method K is 27.

Unless you're using a different method lol. (I'm RNGing a Latios in Pewter which is Method K, so I was like "better than my seed! gotta steal it!" haha :p).
 
What's the power for Hidden Power? Is it 70 or less than? And what Method are you using... Also, how did you find these seeds (JavaRNG, PokeRNG, etc)?
 
Due to the success of me being able to tackle shiny egg breeding on D/P/Pt, I have decided to try it on HG. I've calibrated a lot of times now and I come up with the result ranges:

Seconds: 21-22
Delay: 491-501

Is this normal? Please help
 
Well PokeRNG doesn't ask for Methods. But yeah, my Latias is stationary. The guild for PokeRNG said to find you time, enter that seed in PokeReporter in the Seed to Time section.

you put those times in because that is your search premises after you get the elm calls recorded and you want it pretty big so you know if you messed up or not and dont make the same mistake i did, above the lower grid there is a button that says search elm use that dont look for it manually! lol
 
So which seed do you think I should use? The first one with 496 as my delay or the second one with 1911 as my delay?

And if you say the second one, do I still put 99 in the delay boxes at the bottom and 5 in the second boxes?

Well in RNG Reporter, if you put in this seed 561501FA and filter the results to Timid with the stats you say, under Method K because stationary legends are all generated with Method K I'm pretty sure, it wont bring up any results.

I ran JavaRNG with a bunch of times with different settings and the highest IVs I could get with Fire 70 + Timid was 31 / 3 / 27 / 30 / 31 / 30

If someone with more RNG knowledge could help clarify this...
