I'm kinda new to the whole Pokemon scene and have been doing a lot of OU lately, but I wanted to try out some UU because it seems like there are so many Pokemon that I'm just not using. Edits in green.

Thought Process:
I started out with my FWG. I really like Torterra and once it gets a Rock Polish up, it's good for the sweep and it threatens a lot of other Pokemon in the UU bracket. I like it better than Venusaur because it can still take the Electric-moves (a lot better too) and still make due with Bulky Waters.
Milotic suits other members of my team like Toxicroak and Donphan. I'm going to use it as my wall. Simple enough, I guess.
I was going to use Arcanine over Entei, but after Entei's latest event build, I find it having better stats and equipped with the new Flare Blitz, I find him quite deadly.
Next I needed a lead Pokemon. Although he isn't used much as a lead, or so I get the impression (remember I new to UU), I like him there. He can setup my Stealth Rock and then I can either switch out if something tries to take him down and use him to sweep and spin late game.
Next, I use Tyranitar in OU and I love him. I tried to find an equivalent in UU and I found Aggron. He can come in, do work, and then if Donphan or Steelix come in, I can either switch into Milotic or my Donphan and take care of them.
To finish it, I needed a revenge killer and I feel like Toxicroak can do the job well. Also, he adds a utility to nullify Rain Dance teams, which seem like they plague UU.
I decided to swap out Toxicroak for a Manetric. I realized my team was very physical-oriented and I wanted to change that. I also found that Toxicroak really wasn't doing much revenge killing and I'm hoping that with Manetric's speed I can use him to mop stuff up.
Another change. I realized Donphan wasn't really doing a great job on Shoddy. He's good to come in on something, but I needed something to resist fighting as well as a good lead. So I decided with Uxie.
I swapped out Uxie with the advice of some responses for Registeel. I'm using him as a lead to set up Stealth Rock and then, late-game, as a SpD wall. I then have a glaring fighting weakness. That's where my Mismagius comes in. She provides the fighting-resist as well as being a great special sweeper.
That's about all I have. Thanks for your time!

Closer Look:
Torterra (M) @ Leftovers
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Polish
- Earthquake
- Wood Hammer
- Rock Slide
Torterra's job is pretty straightforward. I switch him in on a counter, Rock Polish on the fear switch (or if they stay in), and then start sweeping. I go with Wood Hammer and Earthquake for the obvious STAB and then add the Rock Slide to go with a pretty scary moveset against common Pokemon in UU. I go for Rock Slide over Stone Edge because I like my hits hitting. As for his item, I tend to go for more survivability than added damage. I like my Pokemon to live longer because the way I see it, the longer it's alive the more damage it will do.
Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
248 HP/252 Def/8 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Recover
- Ice Beam
Once again, Milotic has a pretty standard purpose, walling attacks as well as countering Ground/Poison/Flying/Dragon Pokemon with the Ice Beam. Surf and Recover are straightforward, STAB and recovery. I go Hidden Power Grass to scare/surprise other bulky water types like Azumarill and Feraligtr. I'm considering going for Haze as it adds utility other common water types don't have, but right now I like Ice Beam because Milotic can come in on Pokemon that can make work of my Aggron's Ice Punch.
Entei @ Choice Band
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Stone edge
- Iron Head
I haven't actually been able to try out this build on Shoddy because it doesn't have it yet, but I have been testing Entei as part of the team. I think he fits nicely and I've been using the "Crotei" set with Calm Mind, Flamethrower, Sleep Talk, and Rest. That set is pretty monstrous and I'm hoping this Entei set is. I've also played some matches with a Arcanine, which I heard Entei now is a better version of, and it went well. He can revenge kill with ExtremeSpeed. I do like Arcanine's Morning Sun as I like my Pokemon to be able to survive, but I'm hoping that this Entei works well. Stone Edge is for the Moltres switch, thinking it's safe.
Registeel @ Leftovers
252 HP / 100 Atk / 156 SpD
Careful nature (+SpD, -SpA)
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
Registeel serves as my lead. I opted to go for this one over the Curse set because I need a Pokemon who can get the Stealth Rock up. Thunder Wave is used for utility, as you probably guessed. Earthquake is a surprise move to catch someone off-guard if they try to switch in to a Pokemon that counters Registeel. Iron Head is STAB so he's not completely helpless. I'm going to be using him as a Special Wall in tandem with Milotic's bulkiness as a Defensive Wall.
Aggron (F) @ Choice Band
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Head Smash
- Aqua Tail
- Low Kick
- Ice Punch
I really like Aggron because he reminds me of Tyranitar. I opt out for the Rock Polish set and just go for a Jolly/252 Spd like a Tyranitar. I want to try out a Scarf on Aggron, but Band is working fine right now. Head Smash is the main move here, STAB and crazy damage. Aqua Tail, Low Kick, and Ice Punch then are all type coverage making work of Pokemon trying to come in with the 4x Earthquake.
Mismagius (F) @ Leftovers
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute / Taunt
I was going to keep Manectric around, but having Aggron and Registeel, my team had a bad fighting weakness. So I decided to add Mismagius as a special sweeper. Also, I want to utilize her Spe EVs and nature to use her as sort of a revenge killer. Nasty Plot is fairly obvious as to what I'm going to use it for. Shadow Ball is STAB, whereas Thunderbolt gives me electric-type coverage that my team was kind of lacking. Now I'm unsure about Substitute because I usually hardcore at doing it. I figure it might be better as I can keep it in if someone doesn't break it and use it with other Pokemon, but idk. I think Taunt might be better to just break stall teams, but the verdict is still out.
