I'm sure there are plenty of types talked about as much, not to mention Reshiram is already confirmed Dragon/Fire, there would be no point in posting that...

@Tortferngatr: PURE FLYING, OH MY GOODDDDD. I would think this was it if he didn't say "type combination".
 
Why would he be referring to a Pokémon that we already know about though. He's trying to validate his claim that he has an inside source. Referring to Reshiram wouldn't really do anything for his case...

After some poking around, many people seem to want Ice/Dragon, Fire/Grass and Dragon/Bug. Anything with Dark or Steel cannot be ruled out as in Japan they were released in November '99. So Ghost/Steel maybe?

I'm sure he probably meant "a very long time", not exactly a decade ago. I sorta want to punch Gamefreak for not making Flygon Bug/Dragon in the first place.

Who knew this would cause so much drama... I hate to admit but at this point I'm pretty convinced it's real, as much as I hate the typings (well, I like Fire/Fighting purely out of the fact that it's a good, though seeing it repeated for the third time in the row is sort of boring, but think of it this way-- seeing as Pokabu will probably be bulky, it'll probably be different enough from Infernape).

I don't think the typings have truly been confirmed yet. The only sites that tell of the final evolutions typing are the Spanish fan site and 2ch, who are giving conflicting information.

Well, Pokexperto is one of two that are emphasizing the fact that the starter evos are real, and Pokexperto posted those typings along with the confirmation. Albeit, of course, it's not absolutely positively confirmed that the starter evos are real but whatever.

The original pictures were from 2ch though, and they told us different typings then what the Spanish guy is reporting. So the typings are not 100% confirmed yet.

I don't want to insult you, but this is beginning to feel a lot like the minotauros fiasco, where the "source" started posting on forums, building hype and in the end disappointed everyone.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions yet mind, but this is a very similar situation.

Melkor is the webmaster of Pokexperto, IIRC.

Anyway, apparently, this site is saying that among the sites we know now, Dengeki and another Spanish site "ZonaSafari" are ensuring that the starter evos are really and that they supposedly will be confirmed on Pokemon Sunday tonight. Maybe this will end it all.
 
Whoa those are supposed to be the type combinations? We've been asking for those for the longest so I highly doubt what we wanted exactly would actually be true. Another reason I still believe (and hope) those are fake.
 
Tonight for the US is the morning for Japan.

My guess is he is gonna watch on stream / wait for a video shortly after it's finished airing. Keyhole does streaming but its generally poor, so some wait for filb to upload a HQ video.

Oh, yeah, I seem to remember that now. I think it said Tsutarja would end up Grass/Dragon... I really doubt these for the reasons mentioned above, I doubt we'll get exactly what we want. Pokexperto's are more believable just because they aren't anywhere near what we want, haha... I also can't imagine Mijumaru3 being Water/Fighting, since I don't see how a quadrupedal Pokemon can be Fighting-type...
