Shiny Celebi with Nasty Plot definitely isn't.

Read the rules. If a Pokemon comes from an emulator, you need to make sure you say it comes from an emulator. All of Fenix54's Pokemon are from emulators.

Also, you have to list under each Pokemon's description how each Pokemon was cloned.
