Jolly Garchomp can work in a few different ways in Ubers.
It works well as Choice Scarf revenge killer in Ubers thanks to it's 102 base speed making it easily outrun most dragon type Ubers.
Jolly Choice Band works well because if your running max speed with a choice band nothing can really switch in without taking a lot of damage.
With life orb and swords dance garchomp is nearly unstoppable offensively. It has an advantage over Rayquaza as a Swords Dancer because it's faster.

Timid Kyogre can work in a few different ways choice spec, choice scarfer or a Calm mind sweeper.
Choice Specs works well because of Kyogres ability drizzle which also boosts water and electric moves. STAB Water Spout is a Guarteeed 2HKO on a Calm 252 SpD Blissey :D.
Choice Scarf is good because you can switch in and set up the rain and hopefully get a water spout off on whatever is out on your opponent side almost being able to OHKO.
Calm Mind sweeper is deadly because afetr 1 calm minds double STAB surf can sweep teams. Also boosting your special defense is good because you can take most special hit's without to many problems.

Jolly Rayquaza can work either as a swords dancer or as a Dragon Dancer. After one Dragon Dance it outspeeds every non choice scarf uber except for Speed Deoxys.
After 3 swords dances rayquaza's attack is bosted to a 876. After 1 swords dance it can OHKO giratina with dragon claw.
Dragon Dancer works well because it's base speed is lower than 100 and a speed boost will make a big difference.

Being mixed you don't know what to predict unless you see the life orb which is why roost is a good move to have to regain all of the recoil damage. Ice types are easily taken down by fire blast.
Intimidate is a good ability if you switch in on another physical dragon type such as Dragonite or Garchomp if you're playing ubers.

Gyarados can be used in a few different ways.
Choice Banded Gyarados is deadely becuase of it's 125 base attack. It can learn a lot of diferent physical type moves such as Earthquake, Stone Edge, Waterfall, Bounce and Outrage.
Bulky Gyarados is good becuase of it base attack. having a base 79 in defense it's special defense makes up for it being base 100. Gyarados is good all round.

Modest Togekiss can be used as a Choice Specs, Scarfer or as a special wall. As a Choice Scarfer you could go with a Trick set which can be usefull to cripple a Pokemon that doesn't know trick or has only a few attacking moves.
Choice Specs is good because Togekiss' base Special attack stat is nothing to laugh at.
It can learn a lot of different types of moves like flamethrower and Water Pulse which is good because someone might see that you have water pulse and switch into a grass type but then you can flamethrower for the kill.
As a special wall holding leftovers you can tajke hits all day if you have roost. You would want to have some hp and defense evs to make it work as a physical wall as well.

Remaining EVs in SpD to help it sponge special attacks. For example switching in on a Choice Specs locked HP Ice from Sceptile will at most only do 50% damage.
