He gets Needy the Wurmple! No evolution requirements, but if Needy becomes Beautifly he may not know any Grass-type moves, and if he becomes Dustox he may not know any Psychic-type moves. In addition, as soon as he has all six members of his team, Needy must always be at the exact same level as another one of his Pokemon, including at the moment of his leveling up (that is, if Needy is growing from level 14 to level 15, you'd better have something else that's each of those levels).

Yes you did, However I have my suspicions that i know who you are. If you see my original post i said if i know the person in real life (impying also that i believe i know who you are) i won't use the pokemon.
I am fairly certain this is no one you know. I don't, and I know the same people you do. The fact that the name of the Pokemon is similar to a nickname of someone we know is just a coincidence. Besides, its not like the entire pokemon was an inside joke like what I did to you once.

Ok Ruswic. I got one for you. If this was FR I might feel bad about this one, but its LG, so its not nearly THAT bad.
Get a Porygon when you get to Celedon. Name it Blaster, after my Porygon. now Blaster loves sharp objects, and it wants to be one itself, so it must always have Sharpen once it learns it. And it hates it when all that sharpening goes to waste, so it must also always have at least 1 Physical attack. However, upon becoming stronger, it will realize that its true passion is Electricity. Specifically Zap Cannon, so it can forget Sharpen for this move. But before it gets that far, it must prove its Sharpening skills by soloing Koga.

Runwisc I give you Salamence the gyarados. His father was a Salamence and he wants to be one. He must learn at least 2 dragon moves and cannot have a water move. Other Dragons laugh at him so Salamence must solo every dragon and use dragon moves against them. Salamence thinks ice and dragon is super evictive so if he is hit by one, you must let the ice/dragon user beat him.
I've decided to do a White Scramble. The rules are as follows:

Texas Cloverleaf, you get a Yamask named The King. The King, in his time as a human, was a very important ruler in Unova who was tragically murdered. He is searching for the person who killed him and suspects that either a Gym Leader or Elite Four member was the killer. Thus, he must lead all battles against such trainers after you catch him (don't need to kill anything, just lead). In the end, he discovers that Ghetsis was in fact the killer, and he must knock out three of Ghetsis's Pokemon for revenge. He may never learn Shadow Ball, and he may not use Hex on an opponent with a status condition. No evolution requirements.

Texas, your Panpour must be named Blind. This Panpour is always striving to be the best it can be, despite its apparent lack of vision, & wants to show to you what its made of & therefore, he must solo at least one Pokemon from every other gym leader that you don't have to solo due to another Pokemon's requirement.
He must also have this moveset before the E4: Scald/Blizzard/Acrobatics/Grass Knot.
To evolve, it must solo 50 trained Pokemon.

Texas I interduce you to pyro the snivey. This snake loves fire. So must solo every fire type and ether get hit by a fire move or pysicly touch the fire pokemon. He may evole to his second form by getting hit by a fire attack your rival's tepig (and evos) and may evole into his last form after being burned

Get an Emolga, name it Avenger. It must be male, and have a Lonely nature. Due to the events that transpired here it has a deep hatred of all Dark Pokemon. Whenever you encounter a Dark Pokemon, you must switch in Avenger immediately and solo it. Also, if any one of your Pokemon gets KO'd, you must switch in Avenger and solo that enemy. During either of these scenarios, you cannot use items on it, because it's personal.
If Avenger is KO'd during any of these scenarios, it cannot battle due to heroic angst until it gets a good whack from an ally (hit by an ally in a Double/Triple battle). Also, it cannot be in a Double Battle with an ally Dark Pokemon. If somehow it has to, then it will attack the Dark Pokemon ally unless the opponents are also Dark Pokemon. During the Elite Four, it learns the meaning of friendship and teamwork, so the previous rule and the no items rule do not apply anymore.
It must know Acrobatics, and never Volt Switch until after the 8th badge, where it must know Volt Switch. It must solo Grimsley and N's Zoroark. After beating Zoroark, it's nemesis, its conscience is clear, and will help beat Ghetsis's Hydreigon as a team effort. It must be sent out against Ghetsis's Hydreigon, and use Volt Switch immediately.
