Just telling you right now that you may want to take a look at the page here before going any further. Every set needs to be in this format:

[SET]
name:
move 1:
move 2:
move 3:
move 4:
item:
ability:
nature:
evs:

Also, don't use any colors in the OP. We don't need rainbows to help us see where everything is separated.

Please change the prefix to "Quality Control".

Leftovers are bad in LC, remove them unless you slash in Substitute on the Hone Claws set.

Otherwise these sets look fine to me.

oh sorry, didn't realize the format,
this is my first analysis, thanks for the help:D
oh and imo, C&C format looks completely ridiculous.

~removed brown color
~put sets in correct format
~changed title to QC
~added substitute to boosting sweeper

needs moar Hidden Power Ice on the first and third for consistent 2HKO on Gligar with Life Orb and Naive. You outspeed 'em too! I'd slash it on the Sash set, and maybe even the Hone Claws set.

Also Diglett is terrible at Stealth Rock. make it EQ/Rock Slide/Sucker Punch/HP Ice, slash Life Orb on it, and rename it four attacks. LO 4 Attacks Diglett is godly.

Choiced Sucker Punch sucks horribly, especially since you have Shadow Claw.

~Updated.

I split up the Choiced set into a Band set and a Scarf set, just to explain things better. For the scarf set, do you think 236 SpA is more important, to make sure HP Ice hits as hard as possible, or 240 Spe? Diglett's speed without any investment is 16, which is 24 with a scarf. That seems fast enough to me.. Even with opponents at +1 Spe, like Jolly DD Scraggy (22.5 after one DD = still outsped). I was messing around with it, and (36 HP / 236 Atk / 156 SpA / 80 Spe) seemed like the best EVs, but the Speed ends up being an odd number (17), so it doesn't really take advantage of the Scarf boost. Opinions?

Also, please critique the Band set.. I'm having trouble finding Diglett's best filler moves. Is Aerial Ace / Double-Edge the best option for the fourth moveslot? I'm thinking about maybe just tossing Band into 'Other Options' and scrapping the set altogether.

^___^

Hidden Power Ice

Diglett loves his 30 speed benchmark, and without LO, HP Ice won't be OHKOing Gligar anyway, even with SR (66.7% - 83.3% / 16 - 20 out of 24), so...go for 30 speed and kill some Dragon Dancers!

Also, Diglett used Pursuit, much lols were had.

I think you can combine the Life Orb sets and Choiced Sets, they function somewhat similarly except in different situations.
