Hey this is a team that I have had some success with and am hoping to revive some advice.

Very gimmicky set that if it works get at least two kills. Switch in on Ferrothorn and substitute to avoid leach seed or thunder wave and Charge beam for special attack boost while replacing sub when necessary.
Then when I have +4 Special attack boost just kill it off and kill whatever comes in while it breaks my sub.

Now to rate. Your team looks like you just threw together your favorite Pokemon or something. I don't see how one supports the other. There's no flow to the team.

I have to disagree with my team having no synergy. Thundrus is weak to ice and rock who are killed by machamp, machamp is weak to psychic and flying while hydregion is imune to psychic and super effective and thundrus resists flying and is super effective. Also magnezone resist ice and kills with hp fire.
Celebi is weak to bug(scizor and Genosect) who magnezone kills, and for ghost weakness(Gengar and Shandelure) Gengar dies to psychic and shandelure is revenge killed and fire which i do need a fire resist besides hydregion.
Forretress also is only weak to fire which is as previously stated is resisted by hydregion. The team isn't just a random mesh of favorite pokes as you believe.
The only thing that mainly counters this team is bulky lightning rod zapdos if celebi dies.

On to the rate.
Standard Excadrill in sand runs through your whole team. Forretress can't touch it if it has a baloon, and it's the only poke on your team with a chance against it. Magneton looks like it's not really doing much for your team, so I'd replace it with a physically defensive gliscor or skarmory to patch the excadrill weakness. The problem with that is that your team's ice weakness will just be compounded, so it's your choice. To fix that, you could consider replacing another poke for something like a slowbro or jellicent.
