Could anybody tell me how to really get involved into Gen 5 UU? I have been following everything but never really got into the game. I understand some but not all of the game. Where do I start, is there any basic team, anybody who could coach me through? Any special person to follow?

Let's say I had a SporePunch Breloom as a team foundation. If I run a Specially Defensive Scizor (Rankurusu check), who would be a good partner defensively?
According to Serebii that doesn't work; only female DW Pokemon can pass their ability.
But that's the point. When Ditto breeds with a male or genderless pokemon it acts as a female; for all intents and purposes it IS female then. If the passing down of DW abilities keys off of the female having a DW ability, then an Impostor Ditto could theoretically pass it down. I'm wondering if somebody has tried it, is all.

Would a Timid Hurricane (no Specs) from 252 SpA Whimsicott KO a 6 HP Conkeldurr? What about Modest?
Does clamp work with skill link??
Skill Link doesn't work with Clamp, because Clamp does not strike many times in a single turn, unlike Bullet Seed or Rock Blast.

This is napkin math and I might not be 100% correct on the damage formula, but if I'm right...
6 HP / 0 Sp.D Conkeldurr has 352 HP, 166 Sp.D
252 Sp.A + Timid Whimsicott has 253 Sp.A
252 Sp.A + Modest Whimsicott has 278 Sp.A
Timid + no LO = 265 to 311 damage
Timid + LO = 344 to 405 damage (~88.5% OHKO, assuming damage roll is flat and not curved)
Modest + no LO = 290 to 342 damage
Modest + LO = 377 to 444 damage
If the calculator I used is correct, timid deals 74.43%-88.07% and modest deals 81.82%-96.59%.

I missed a 2 in the formula, so I updated the post. Still not quite enough to OHKO without a Life Orb, unfortunately.
Which brings me to another question, do I need to fix this set? Try to get the gist of what I'm doing, so don't suggest a Stall set or anything.

What is the deal with the legality of dream world pokes? Like it seems that Poison Heal Gliscor is legal but Shadow Tag Chandelure is not. Is there like a list or something anywhere?
What happens if you sign up for the Dream World, then start a new game? Can you still transfer poke's from Dream World? What happens to any sleeping Poke's from the previous save?
