This is the team i've been working on for a few weeks, i've been enjoying a great deal of success with it, but there is still something missing. I'm not sure what it is yet, but when it doesn't clean sweep through every opposing team member, I am left a quivering wreck in puzzlement at my crushing defeat. But without further ado, i'll jump right into it.

Metagross @ Focus Sash
Clear Body
Adamant (+Attack - Special Attack)
252 Hit Points / 252 Attack / 4 defense
Stealth Rocks
Meteor Mash
Explosion *EDIT* Earthquake is now being used over Explosion.
Bullet Punch
This doesn't need too much explanation on what it is; its my Lead. Its intention is to set up stealth rocks straight away; then explode to kill the opposing lead, or at the least; leave a pretty nasty dent. This does not always go down so smoothly, however. If the opposing lead is a taunter, i have one of two options. My first is to explode straight out. This would kill or dent any opposing leads, and not sacrifice a wasted turn to a lost cause. My second option is to use a meteor mash. The focus sash on metagross allows it to use a meteor mash flawlessly, without having to worry about being killed before i have a chance to use it. After this round has completed, i will know if my metagross is faster than their lead or not. More often than not, it isn't, but you never know. If it is faster (and the opponent hasn't had any kind of speed boost in the first round) I will explode and move to the next match up. If it isn't faster, i will bullet punch. I will only Bullet Punch / Explode when i fear the next attack will kill it. Until then, i'll meteor mash and hope for a speed boost. If the opposing pokemon is steel, i'll more than likely switch to Volcarona with a Heat Wave. If a pokemon is ground, but is a mix groud like Quagsire or Swampert, the same System applies. If not, enter: Gyarados.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Moxie
Jolly
4 Hit points / 252 Attack / 252 speed /
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone edge
Gyarados has two main purposes in this team. The First is to be on of my Set - Up - Sweepers. After two Dragon Dance's it can outspeed anything that has not HEAVILY invested in speed, and can at least 2HKO a lot of pokes. Waterfall is there to be my physical STAB. Earthquake is there to deal with annoying electric and steel types for a OHKO and Stone edge deals with Flying types and opposing Gyarados's. Leftovers is to recover any minimal damage i might get from ferrothorn's sticky barb's etc. Also, if i want to Dragon Dance again later, i can recover any little damage i may have taken from Sucker Punch's / Extremespeed's etc. The other use for Gyarados is lead synergy. It can take the fire attacks that Metagross can't, and it completely avoids the ground attacks that would seriously maim him. Switching in onto a Fire / Ground type provides another bonus, in the form of a free Dragon Dance. Most will run in fear of a STAB Waterfall from the Pseudo-Dragon wrecking ball that is Gyarados, meaning I can get a Dragon Dance when they switch, and Seriously Maim anything on the end of a +1 STAB Waterfall. And if they don't pose an instant threat (unlikely, but it HAS happened) then I can get a +2 on speed and attack. Time for a Gyarados Sweep. Another good time to switch Gyarados in is when there are no pokemon, for instance when Gengar has Destiny bonded, or Metagross has done a late-game Explosion. It may not seem it, but this thing can work wonders, even in late game. I have, on two sepreate occasions, managed to get a +7 due to the opponent repeatedly *attempting* to Sucker Punch me, all the while Dancing and eating Leftoverss.

Volcarona @ Leftovers

Volcarona is my second Set - Up - Sweeper. It is a special sweeper, rather than a physical Sweeper like Gyarados, but is harder to set up. Its obvious weakness to Stealth Rocks and Spikes means it is better to get this Puppy (Puppy? :S) out early in the game, or after starmie has cleared the field. If there are no Entry Hazards on the field i will switch to Volcarona after Metagross's Explosion, if there are, I swill switch to starmie. I will rarely switch in when there is minimal health remaining on an enemy opponent. Reason being - when a poke is close to death, it won't bother setting up etc, it will only worry about firing off as much damage as possible - which is not good for Volcarona. The only exceptions to this are walls and stallers. If it is a physical wall, i'll send out Volarona. If it is a Special wall - I'll send Gyarados. Unless i can get a quick kill, i will always Quiver Dance to raise my Stats. If I have sent Volcarona out against a steel type, in the place of Metagross, i will Fiery Dance straight away. I chose Fiery Dance is my main STAB attack. It has good accuracy and power, and has a chance to increase my special attack. Bug Buzz is my other STAB. It deals with those horrible Dark / Psychic types. For instance Reuinclus. Although Reuniclus is a special wall, a +2 STAB super effective attack will still deal life threatening damage. And last, but by no means least, Hidden power Grass. This deals with annoying Rock / Water / Ground types that threaten my Beautiful Bug. Volcarona has the same strength to Sucker Punch that Gyarados has.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Natural Cure
Timid
4 Hit Points / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Rapid Spin
Hydro Pump
Thunder
Blizzard
Starmie is my Prized Possession. She is my rapid spinner, but most of all, she has the ability to some of the opponents team, and hit most things for 2HKO. Her amazing speed allows her to almost guarantee a Rapid Spin on an unsuspecting Victim. Her 'BoltBeam' coverage combined with a STAB Hydro Pump and a Life Orb makes her a force to be reckoned with on any team. I know that the accuracy is a bit 'iffy' but she can always attack again, her main priority, after all, isn't to destroy, its to spin. But she still does a fine job with both. I won't switch her in on anything that has a bug move, as her defenses leave much to be desired so she often goes down in one hit, due to the Psychic typing gving her a weakness to Bug / Dark moves. If i have already used Rapid Spin, and the opponent switches into a Bug, or a Poke that can use a Bug move, I will switch to Volcarona or Gyarados, if someone switches into somoething for an Electric attack, I will switch to Electivire for Motor Drive. Blizzard is good because it hits 100% in the Hail, and Thunder does the same in the Rain.

Electivire @ Life Orb *EDIT* Electivire is now Holding an Air Balloon
Motor Drive
Jolly
4 Hit Points / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
Ice Punch *EDIT* Wild Charge is now being used over Thunder Punch.
Cross Chop
Electivire is one of the Sets that I am most proud of. His amazing type coverage allows him to hit EVERYTHING for supereffective or neutral. If Fire, Ice AND Fighting are all not very effective, his STAB Thunder Punch will do a lot of damage, especially with the life orb. Motor Drive is essential for blocking Electric attacks aimed at Gyarados and Starmie. It allows Electivire to boost his Average speed, and then has the ability to use his deadly Type Coverage to sweep through opposing Team Members like butter. Any ground attacks aimed at Electivire would be redirected to Gyarados. Electivire also acts as a sort of revenge killer. I know that sounds silly, but against opposing sweepers that are unboosted in speed, he can be a menace. Especially seeing as he has fery few weaknesses, and decent natural bulk. He can also focus as a wallbreaker, and is very able at destroying enemy Tanks.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Levitate
Timid
4 hit Points / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Shadow Ball
Destiny Bond
Focus Blast
Energy Ball
And last, but by no means least, my Gengar. Gengar is fast enough to be an amazing unscarfed revenge killer, wth good type coverage and a STAB Shadow Ball. His Focus Blast can hit enemies like Heatran or Umbreon (I do see a surprising amount of Umbreons) for super effective damage, whilst being able to fend off Bulky water types like Jellicent or swampert for supereffective damage. And when Gengar's Life Orb Run's him out, or he doesn't have a 'fitting' move to use against an enemy Pokemon, his bad defenses and amazing speed come to the rescue, allowing him to use destiny bond the take the foe down with him, and create an empty field for either Volcarona or Gyarados to come in to play.
P.P.S: I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so if you spot any grammatical errors etc please feel free to correct me in your reply!
