no! If it uses claw sharpen, it will ignore accuracy boosts. I tested it when a +6 accuracy dynamic punch miss a few times on quagsire.

Does putting an opponent to sleep via Magic bouncing their sing/yawn/hypnosis/spore activate Sleep Clause, or does it count as self induced a la Rest?

What's a good way to counter weather without using an inducer? If you need me to be more specific; what's generally the best pokemon to use a weather inducing move?

There's no real way to actually counter an inducer of weather without using your own, but the one used most (with teammate taking advantage) is Drizzle.

Bronzong is a pretty good weather changing utility poke. Gets a lot of switchins against sand and can learn activation moves for all weathers except hail. He tends to have a fourth slot filler in a lot of cases, so it is often more beneficial to tack on a counter weather than a 60% acc hypnosis.

edit: moveset would look something like SR / Gyro Ball / EQ / (weather move)
 
So, hearing that much about Lati@s, and knowing that I only have 1 DSi and don't have a 3rd gen anymore, how can I get a good IV'd one?

Oh, just read I can get it from HG, okay then, but how to make it have good IV's? Am I expectin a big pain in the ass?

Sad news is that since you only have 1 DSi, you can't transfer your Lati to 5th gen.
