Salutations i just start competitively battling and now schools over (though i have summer school), i can invest my time in battling(dont let the join date fool you i started 4 days ago july1st).
So to begin with, my goal of this team is straight up sweep with entry hazards and no stalling with one minor exception and any suggestions will be taken to count.
Team

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SDef / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird
- Roost
Aahhh skamory such a great thing so sacrifice with. Skarms role is generally to take attacks roost of the dmg, then use stealthrocks. I chose sr over spikes so i can still dmg those levitators and flyers. i orginally thought double hazards would be good but many pokemon liked to set up infront of skarm so i chose whirlwind. The ev's may look funny with the nature but allows me to take both sides pretty well.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 24 HP / 252 SAtk / 232 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Recover
- Rapid Spin
Starmie a pokemon thats been in ou since it was first introduced in rbg. This was tentacruel, but he lacked coverage, so in came starmie who can fulfill tentacruels main role (spining) and yet be an offenseive threat at the same time. Recover is there to allow starmie to live longer. My final attacks is the boltbeam combo thats gives great coverage for my team. also the reason why i put 232spd is to out speed the genies who think they can run loose.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 84 HP / 252 SAtk / 172 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Grass]
heatrans back~ because victini's ability became useless once i figured out it only works for doubles and trips. Heatran is another revenger on my team but on the special side of things. i chose to run overheat over fireblast because it has more accuracy and power, besides heatran wont be staying inside long. Earth power is there to hit many pokemon with pretty good coverage with overheat. dragon pulse is there for dragons and hits many things neutral. hp grass is there to hit ground types which i dont like very much. though im still abit question if i should use a different hp. The 172spd evs are there to specifically outspeed weavile who could brick break heatran.

Hero(Lickilicky) @ Leftovers
Trait: Cloud Nine EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Rest
Sleep Talk
Curse
Dragon Tail
My only pokemon that diserves a nickname. This set does not go boom, or whip my fears away. It functions similarly like restalk gyarados set. I've swept entire teams cleanly and it turns the tides. I had a uglymoth that had +1 qc the guy thinked that 1 fireblast will settle it but Hero survived by 40% left and pwnt it with dragon tail. Hero also functions as a physical wall and laughs at gliscor I absolutely refuse to change the set and its my true weather counter.

Conkeldurr@Flame Orb
Trait: Guts EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Mach Punch
Drain Punch
Facade
Payback
How much people hate fighting types now... this is no bulk up set i try not to rely on stat boosting by moves so flame orb guts gives me the boost. Facade is the my primary options as its my strongest move. when i need to heal off burn dmg i use drain punch. Payback is there so ghosts dont stop me in my tracks. Lastly mach punch is the move i dont really use often but its there for cleaning up foes quickly.

Haxorus@Choice Scarf
Trait: Rivalry EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Outrage
Dual Chomp
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Haxorus too? how many beasts do you need?! yes another atter but this guy cleans up the mess from others. Outrage as you know brings most pokemon to the brink of death. Dual chomp is really needed there so i can break subs, specifically passers and offensive users like toxicroak. lastly the edgequake combo is there to give me coverage though rock slide is so weak against any skarmory.
Well thats my team, id appreciate suggestions and i also know that im heavily relying physical atters to do damge to teams and im probably keeping lickilicky because its gives the unique/ surprise factor. Struggling agaisnt rain teams and genies
