Possible Threat - Swagger?!

I was looking at some Pokemon, mainly Regirock, and I noticed something. In combination with it's amazing Defense, it also has Swagger and Psych Up. And I was thinking, could this be a new threat? Impish + Max Def means it won't be taking alot of damage, and it can get amazing offensive capabilites from the combination. So, what are your thoughts on this? Threat or not?

Swagger / Psych Up's been around since advance, and it certainly did not make Regirock a threat. The opponent could just switch out and leave Regirock nothing to Psych Up, and with the major special threats in the metagame now Regirock doesn't take the new special hits too lightly. It even has a harder time taking physical hits with Rhyperior and Garchomp running around.

In the future, don't post strategies if you know they could have been done in Advance... chances are, someone thought of them.
