Gaming Season

As some of you may know in these next couple of months a bunch of releases are coming out with the the number 3 involved. These games include: Uncharted 3, Gears of War 3, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3 and Diablo 3. I'm interested in BF3 Uncharted 3 and of course MW3. I'm a FPS fan, so MW3 and BF3 are definitely getting me excited, but Uncharted 3 is a must buy for me because I loved the first and second one and can't wait to see what Naughty Dog has in store for me in the third one.

So comments, thoughts, likes or dislikes?
 
the only one of these that im excited about is diablo 3. all the others sound like p boring FPS clones

oh i forgot to mention that i AM looking forward to skyrim. although i have a feeling it will be very obliviony and not so much morrowindy which is kind of a shame
 
Uncharted > Diablo tbh.
You're spot on about the rest though.

I'm looking forward to AC: Revelations, Skyrim, Arkham City, the Metal Gear Solid Collection, and Uncharted 3 more than anything. I may pick up BF3, but I'm definitely not spending my time on Gears 3 or MW3.

Also, Skyward Sword. :D
 
Halo CE anny is coming out in November iirc (along with the Reach TU). I'll probably hold off on buyng that until I get Gears and MW3 though. BF3 looks pretty sweet, but I honestly don't think I'll find myself playing it that much with all the other stuff I mentioned. I'll probably pick it up when the price drops or if MW3 and Gears bomb, but I don't really see that happening.
 
Diablo 3 looks fucking awful relative to its predecessors.

Skyrim on the other hand looks pretty good.


P.s. Call of Duty is a shit fps and you should feel bad for spending money on it.
 
Buying the shit out of Uncharted 3 and Zelda: Skyward Sword. Super excited for both of those and hoping they bring me back to gaming in a big way. Also I found out I pre-ordered Gears of War 3 when it was cheap so I'll be going through that co-op with some friends which should be fun. Aside from that I'm also excited for my 3DS to not be a port player with Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land. That's about it for the year unless Dead Island turns out to not be buggy and go on sale. Maybe I'll pick up some games I missed out on this year on the cheap like LA Noire and Deus Ex too.

Edit: Oh right, also Sonic Generations. If I can grab them on the cheap, Rayman Origins, Batman: Arkham City, and Battlefield 3 too.
 
HD Shadow of the Colossus, the hype is getting to me.
Skyward Sword cause its fucking zelda.
Mario Kart 7 since kart has some great multiplayer.

If I got the cash, Skyrim is the next on my list.

i was kind of thinking the opposite????

diablo 3 is a much needed upgrade, graphically and gameplay-wise, to the diablo universe

skyrim looks like oblivion w/ dragons. "great"
 
I cant wait for Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, finnally get a new damn story
and of course Minecraft, who could forget minecraft?

I guess it would be quite sad that it is finnally exiting its beta stages but it would be good for notch and mojang so they can get on with this 'Scrolls' game they have been working on
 
gonna drop so much cash in the next few months. dragon monster joker2 will be the first and then looking to pick up mario kart 7, mario 3ds, pokemon rumble blast, the wii kriby game, diablo 3, skyward sword. solatorobo comes out this month too and looks pretty great (nintendo power gave it a 9 and youtube videos looks enticing).

Would you mind explaining what that is? I'm interested :o

And out of the games coming out... Diablo 3 is the only one I am looking forward to. Won't be playing much online when it comes though, that money-auction-house thing doesn't sound too good for me.
 
Guild Wars 2 maybe? One can dream...

Definitely looking forward to Pokemon Super Rumble or whatever it will be called.
