Although Palkia has a higher Special Attack than Attack, it still gets Bulk Up so a physical moveset will work well with it. If you get a Modest or Timid one, go with a special moveset; if it's Adamant, go for a physical one.

Although I know questions about the tiers is an untouchable topic, I was wondering about when the tiers would be finished. Or, how soon did tiers come out when R/S came out?

The best way for people to gauge tiers will be when Competitor comes out. Before then, it really will take some time on WIFI as it takes much longer for people to make teams/organise battles with other skilled people etc.

I played on the RSbots (the Pokemon simulator of choice before Netbattle) for about two years after RS came out. Up until after then, people had a general sense that Swampert, Skarmory, Blissey, etc. would be OU, some were kind of in-between, and others were UU material, but there were no official tier lists.

I went on hiatus for a little over a year after that, and only when I came back did I discover Smogon and found that official tier lists had been established.

So in short, it took about three years (give or take a couple months) for tier lists (at least Smogon's list) to be established for Advance. I don't think it'll take more than a year for DP, but don't hold your breath.

When you trade a Rhydon with a Protector does it keep the Protector after it evolves? If it doesn't is there anymore Protectors in the game (like on wild Pokemon?)

I want a Ryperior now but I want to EV train a good one later...

Carnivine are found in the Great Marsh and it's not that hard to find one just go to area 3 and walk around.

As for a trainer i think theres one in Victory Road

Regarding breeding, I was told Everstone (Nature Breeding) would not work if you mix/match Pal Park and 4th gen captured/hatched pokemon.

If I Pal Park 2 Pokemon from 3rd gen and breed them, would their offspring be considered Pal Parked as well so the everstone doesn't work with them in breeding?

Ie. in D/P breeding: (3rd gen) Male x (3rd gen; Everstone) Female = Offspring Female

Would (Everstone) Offspring Female x (4th gen) Male work?

I hope that's understandable; thanks.

After you get the National Dex, it will be found swarming in Fuego Ironworks

As for Kyogre, you can use the EV lowering berries (lower respective EV by 10) and restart. Keep count on paper, I would say is the best way

I might have to do that but I don't really want to fight ALL those pokemon AGAIN I may have to if it's my only option.

Suicune could be found anywhere. Using Sweet Scent, if that is possible, is your best bet.

And Kyogre, don't restart if you don't want to then. Keep the pokemon the way it is, though I suggest starting over

Hi guys, I have a quick question.

I started my Pearl with a Turtwig, and I somehow missed learning my Earthquake at lv32 (I stopped its evolution). And for some reason, I am not learning wood hammer neither. Right now my Tort is at lv 46, and I'm wondering if I could relearn the two moves through a move tutor somewhere? And if I could, where is he located? Thank you!

For the PAL Park, do I have to capture all 6 pokemon I migrate to actually get to use the pokemon? and also, what if I don't capture the 6 pokemon, and I migrate 6 more.. what happens then? (sorry, I'm a major newb)

Just wondering, where can you obtain Soul Dew, Adamant Orb, or Lustrous Orb? I've seen a few people trading them so if you can only get it through an event of some sort, those items are most likely hacked right?

Also, is it still the general concensus that Palkia is superior to Dialga?
