there is a way to known how many ev have your poke without having to retrain it all the way.. only work if the poke have less than 100 ev (the first berry over 100 ev take you back to 100)

is simple.. but only usefull if you screw it at mid way
-use the ev berrys to go back to 0.. count how many berrys took
-soft reset
- then kill some pokes that gives evs for that stat and use the berrys again.. repeat... count how many evs you need to gain to need another berry.

example: poke is training speed.. you dont known if it have 65 or 67 ev
first time you need 7 berry
reset
gain 1 ev .. still 7
...
gain 4 ev and now you need 8
= the poke have 67 ev

pd: however the best way is to keep the count.. and use the counter function of the poketech .

about the counter anyone can tell me what reset this thing?.. just changing functions or entering a battle also reset it?
 
Adamant Orb is found behind where you catch Dialga, I imagine its the same with Palkia's item.

The itemfinder Poketch thing is basically a quick radar to see if there are any items near you, by pinging each of the four sections. If circles go out repeatedly, it means there's an item near that corresponding area of the screen, and you should be able to see a black dot showing where exactly the item is. If you can't see where the item is, try moving a step or two away; the black dot is probably on one of the axis, making it hard to see.

The counter isn't reset by entering battle, which makes it ideal for logging your EVs. Changing apps does reset it, however.

What do you have to do to get Heatran. I already helped Buck get the Magma Stone so what do I do from there.
 
simple question. the trios, do i have to battle them to get to elite 4? cause i only have one master ball(we all know that) and i want to use it on palkia so i can get a good nature and iv. if i have to catch the other ledgendary as well, i might have to rethink that. so simply put it how many ledgendaries must i catch inorder to continue the storyline? once pal parks is unlocked i can get endless masterballs.
 
Do the Nature and IV's of one of the runner pokemon set when you meat them and they run? or when you meet them In the wild? because I've recaught my cresselia 4 times and it's always had the same nature and stats.
 
What moveset and EVs should i use on this rhyhorn? Rock Head trait btw

Well Since Steelix lose Explosion and Snorlax Shadow ball are they any good as walls?

Can I still use a Naughty Lucario as a special sweeper cause its gonna take me a long time to get another one?
 
Didn't want to clutter up the "look what I bred" thread with random questions but since I'm new to breeding tell me if this is the correct way to do what I want to do.

I already have bred a female jolly gible with 30-31 IV in hp and 28-29 in speed who I am using with an everstone. So what I eventually need is to find a male with good high end IV's to breed with her. Also He would need to know EQ (TM), SD (tm) and blast (tm). Once I have a male with the moveset I want he would be guaranteed to pass down the three tm's to all offspring as well as teh learned move because the female and offspring can learn it, right? So basically at that point I could just pump out offspring till I got one with the right IV's because all would have proper moveset?
 
Wayward Cave, underneath Cycling road. It has a 5% or so appearance rate.

Abomasnow is alright, but it lackluster stats and hail isn't so beneficiary(Ice types are the only ones immune, and hey Ice isn't too good of a typing). But The ability to change weather in light of the SS change is good enough.

Togekiss can flinch opponents well with Air Slash/Serene Grace. Not to mention good SD and Special Attack with Nasty Plot, it hurts. It also can Focus Punch, without arms. :D
 
After you help Buck, you have to go back to the Survival Area town and go inside one of the houses and talk to Buck. He'll say something and go put the stone back and when you go back to the mountain you'll find Heatran.

Heatran is usually Modest/Rash or maybe Timid if you want more speed.

After you talk to Cresselia, the Nature and IVs are set in stone. You'd have to save before you talk to it if you wanted to soft reset for a good one.

What's the Everstone breeding trick? I still don't understand the mechanics behind it, so if anyone would be so kind as to explain it to me, thanks in advance =]. Btw, how does Synchronize work when trying to get the desired nature?

I know what 146 through 148 is. But other wise I have no idea. I could really use some help. I know it's alot to ask but i seriously could use some help with this.
