Balanced OU RMT

Quagsire for Swampert maybe, IMO Quag is the most underrated poke in the game. While he doesn't pack the same offensive strength as Swampert, nor does he have access Stealth Rock, he is much better defensively with Unaware and Recover.

I'd recommend something along the lines of:

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Recover
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge/Toxic/Stockpile

Looking at the changes you've recently made, you're identifying what works for your style of play and how to adapt to the Metagame. This is good.

Outside of that, your team falls to Conkeldurr if it's carrying Stone Edge, and it isn't even funny how fast it will decimate your team if given the chance to set up a couple of Bulk Ups. In order to solve this, and why you have this move currently beats the shit out of me, but replace Flash Cannon on Jirachi with Psychic. It still provides STAB, and it gives you a way to hit Conkeldurr better.

Without Hitmontop, Tyranitar, quite namely the Choice Scarf and Band variants can counter your team fairly well, epsecially if Rocks are up. Dragonite, and to an extent Jirachi can handle it well, just be sure to play around it smartly.

Other than that, it looks good.

Hi, first comment here is for the team raters. The job here is not to completely remake the team. The goal is to make the few changes necessary to turn this team from a good team to a great one. As well, for Crazy Bolts, you had a very good original team! Why fix something that isn't broken? Many of these changes have patched up a small hole only to open up a bigger one.

First of all, Stealth Rock and Spikes are without a doubt superior to Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock for one, is an absolute necessity for any team. Forretress was perfectly fine on this team. In no shape or form do Ferrothorn or Tentacruel outclass Forretress. There are no other Pokemon in the game that can set up any entry hazards of your choice and spin at the same time. Yes Toxic Spikes can be helpful for a stall team. However, with so many flying types, poison types, Levitators, and Steels, over half the metagame is actually immune to Toxic Spikes. Stealth Rock and Spikes are without a doubt superior entry hazards, the former can hit every Pokemon in the metagame bar Magic Guard users, while the latter can hit every grounded Pokemon in the metagame for upwards of 25% damage upon one switchin. If you manage to force them out, its another immediate 25%. This is much more efficient than letting your opponent come in, take 25% or so damage after 3 turns, and then switch back out. Definately bring Forretress back in place of Tentacruel, who is quite honestly a terrible Rain check due to its Electric weakness.

Speaking of Rain checks, your team needs one. Umbreon seems to be the weak link of this team. While I highly encourage experimenting with UUs and RUs to see how well they fit on your team, sometimes it just doesn't work. I really like how you're using Flygon, since that Ground typing and U-Turn fit very nicely with your team. Speaking of Flygon, I suggest Dragon Claw over Stone Edge. Stone Edge doesn't add much additional coverage, as Dragon+Ground is god enough. Getting locked in on Outrage just plain sucks, and early game, you can use Dragon Claw to hit and run. On paper, Umbreon looks great because it can use Wish and Heal Bell support. However, here are a few Pokemon: Scizor, Volcorona, Terrakion, Lucario, Conkeldurr, Infernape. What do they all have in common? They all ensure Umbreon can't do anything. Yes Umbreon has good bulk, but because of its typing and lack of Offensive presence, it will have incredible difficulty getting a Wish through. I highly suggest bringing back Gastrodon. Starmie and Rotom-W are absolute nightmares for this team at the moment, and Gastrodon is as good a check to them as any.

Finally, your team has some serious problems against Sun teams. Jirachi at the moment, seems to be the most replaceable member. I suggest using a CM Roar Latias in its place. While opposing Latii twins could be annoying, Jirachi's current spread didn't work against them anyways, as Psychic and Thunder both do pathetic damage to them. Furthermore, you have Flygon to revenge kill them, so it should not be that big an issue. Jirachi's main role on this team seemed to be keeping Reuniclus in line, and Latias fares it just as well. As Latias can boost alongside last man standing Reuniclus, phaze Reuniclus out if it accumulates too many boosts, and best of all can take on many common Sun threats such as Venusaur. Latias can also provide your team with Roar to rack up Spikes and Stealth Rock damage.

In Summary:
bring back Forretress:
pros: get Spikes and Stealth Rock instead of Toxic Spikes
cons: you don't have Toxic Spikes anymore (although you could run it on Forretress if you like, so this is non-issue)

bring back Gastrodon:
pros: your team is just desperate for a Rain check right now, especially since Rain is now the most common weather
cons: you lose Wish/ Heal Bell support

CM Roar Latias>Jirachi
pros: check sun teams (it checks rain teams as well for that matter), provides phazing to rack up entry hazard damage
cons: lose a direct switchin to Latios/ Latias

To be honest, SD Gliscor can really screw up your team, since the only guy that can kill it easily is Tentacruel, with that being only a check, while the rest can't take him out efficiently. what I'd suggest is that you replace Jirachi with Celebi, as it also creates a valuable ground and Fighting resist and can take +2 Ice Fangs fairly well.

If you check, he's made most of the changes himself to adapt to the current Metagame. Can't blame those who do make the small suggestions for something the OP decides to do. The entry hazards point is quite valid though.

Tentacruel should outspeed the Gliscor if I'm not mistakes, given it isn't a Jolly spread, so there goes that threat. It's not going to want to switch in on Jirachi's Psychic either. Regardless, it is still a bit of a problem, and the suggested Gastrodon or Latias should be able to make do with it.

Rotom-W however can dent your team up quite a bit, especially if alongside the dreaded Choice Tyranitar, which isn't all that uncommon anymore, so maybe investing in that Gastrodon set posted above in exchange for the likes of Umbreon could be a wise idea.

So, I'm looking at this team, and I notice I'm completely dominated by a good ice attack. Any ideas? I'm not sure, specifically what would hurt me but I do have a big weakness to ice.
Plus, outside of Zapdos, I have no reliable Scizor counter.

It depends what you're looking to deal with. Ice Beam does next to nothing to Gastrodon, even Life Orb Starmie's Ice Beams will bounce off rather harmlessly, so you shouldn't be too worried there. So it probably is something physical. What is it exactly you are afraid of? Icicle Crash from Mamoswine? Because Conkeldurr can take on the wooly mammoth pretty easily.
