Hmm.

I have been having extreme difficulty with breeding atm. It seems that pokemon from any different region, Japanese or otherwise, are incompatible. I traded my jolly ditto caught in JP pearl and am breeding it (holding the everstone) with a cranidos I recieved of GTS. 1 out of 18 babies were jolly. Another incidence, my Female Naive chimchar from JP pearl holding everstone and breeding with my male Infernape from US Diamond produced 18 babies, 2 of which were naive. What the hell is wrong? Im starting to detest breeding in this gen already, since it seems GF have put more pitfalls into it. I will endeavor to catch a jolly ditto in my US Diamond tonight to breed with my US Cranidos and hopefully see more positive results.

Why on earth would GF plan on region blocking breeding? Im almost certain that it is the case.
 
i have a very quick item question. in RSFL, choice band increase the attacking move by 50% if it is physical, but it allow you to only use one move. in DP 2 more item came out, choice spec and choice scarf. one power up special move and the other power up speed. my question is how much do they power up respectively? 50%?
 
What do the footprint ribbons do? Are they like the effort ribbons from RSE? If not who gives the effort ribbons on DP?
 
The effort ribbons are in the Seal Shop inside Sunyshore Town, the girl gives you them.

How much special attack/speed should Azelf run in the WiFi metagame?
 
What is the breeding steps on getting a Sneasel with Ice Punch and Pursuit.

Another question is about breeding. Is the hatched Pokemon's nature random all the time? Same goes for it's IV?

I think you have to breed it with smeargle to get ice punch and pursuit.

About breeding, Im pretty sure its the same rules as emerald so everstone breeding and the iv passing is all the same.
 
You know the mansion in the Resort Area of the Battle Island? When I enter it, a woman tells me that I can't go in until I get more ribbons. What is exactly in this mansion?
 
hi, two quick questions,

I'm planning to get medicham with guard and power swap. however, according to my pokemon guide, it says that rather than switching the stats of the two pokemon, it actually switches the MODIFICATIONS of the two pokemon stats, such as dragon dance, curse, etc. So which stands correct?

also, I'm trying to get a heracross, and i'm having a difficult time because nothing but wurmple likes those honeys. are there any fool proof ways i could find heracross easier?
 
where is razor fang? edit: found it.

New question. I screwed up and leveled up my gligar all the way to 100 cause i thought it evolved by trading. Is there any way it can evolve or do i have to ev train my backup?

youll have to ev up your backup since you have level it up at night while its holding the razor fang.
 
How do you spread Pokerus? I have it in my whole party but i cant figure out how to transfer it to other pokemon. I tried putting pokemon in my party with those that have it and it didnt spread. I also put pokemon in a box with those that have it and it didnt spread.

There's a secret entrance into Wayward Cave. It's hard to describe; from the normal entrance, go left under the bridge and press up with each step until you find it. Oh, and you need Strength to get anywhere in there.

My question is: switching does not eliminate the effects of Worry Seed, right? Also, what happens if you use Worry Seed on an already sleeping opponent?

Well... you could try pairing it with a partner in a double battle that already knows it, and then use Sketch. The restaurant near Lake Valor is a good place to find double battles. I'm pretty sure you can use the Vs. Seeker there, but I haven't tried it myself.
 
Can anyone actually confirm if Slowpoke is actually on Route 211 on the West side on Pearl? I've been looking in the grass for about 2 hours and the only thing that I've seen pop up are Tyrouge's.

I mean do you have to be in the water or something in order to get slowpoke?
