There is 18 forms of Arceus and only 17 obtainable?

If you look at the bottom of this page where Arceus is, it states that there are 18 forms of Arceus, but only 17 are obtainable. It says that the 18th form is the ??? type like an egg's type or curse. I'm a little curious as to whether this is actually obtainable in some way. It does actually have a sprite if you look at the site below.

Is the unknown sprite actually real or is it fake? What exactly would this ??? Arceus have in terms of resistances and weaknesses? Seems like something you would have to get off of a cheating device, but it is in the game, so it's got to be obtainable in some way. Help me out here eh.

it's possible in ADV to code pokemon to the ??? type, and I'm mostly sure nothing has changed.

edit - It's neutral to water and normal, and I'm pretty sure it's neutral to everything as well. heh.

It can only be gotten from cheating, like all Arceus are atm.

It's a placeholder. Not plate for it, just more cheating to make your Arceus that type.

Speaking of placeholders though, has anyone done some mingling with D/P placeholder Pokemon yet? (MissingNo) x)
